    Hi Charliedavis

Thanks for the info. If I do decide to go for it I'll pm you for that leaflet thanks. I will have to decide soon as I have been pondering for ages:rolleyes:
I do have a friend thats interested in becoming a rep which is giving me a shove in the right direction;). If I do it and request territory for her would she have a choice of what is available or would I just be given an area for her and thats that? Are you finding you are spending a lot of money on expenses?

Has anyone else had any problems ordering the free Anew Beauty Bonus from C8? I made an additional order for it, it finally arrived yesterday but without the little silver bag. I didn't even realise, took it to the customer who had to come back round to my house when she realised. Called Avon and they said that because there wasn't a separate code for the bag, they'd send me out a whole new gift including bag and I have to return the one that's already been sent. Uh Oh I left it with the customer...Oh well I'll figure something out.
Just take the products out of the new bag and return them ones and give customer her bag. Hope that makes sense.

URGH! Im really annoyed with avon.... ive been recharged for 3 items totalling £11.08 which ive already returned to them!!They were in a box with 12 other items which have not been recharged so how can they claim they dont have them???!!!! Ive emailed them twice and got the same reponse that they would credit my account anyway "on this occassion" but they havent!!:mad::mad:

£11.08 might not seem alot to everyone else and i feel silly being so upset about it but my partner walked out on me 3 weeks ago and im waiting for my claim for income support to come through and so that £11.08 is 3 weeks worth of nappies for my daughter in my eyes! I cant afford to give avon it!!!!!!!

Its also over half the amount of avon money i can keep per week (as only allowed to earn £20 a week whilst on income support) so it really does mean alot as its over half a weeks wages! :(:(

I know i could ring them but im lucky to get through a phone call with my mum at the minute without crying and i have a terrible nervous stutter so prefer to deal with things through email or letter.

Oh just so fed up :(
    Hi Johanne

Sorry about your problems thought I hadn't seen you on here for a while but thought maybe you had become a sales leader.
How long ago did you e-mail them? Sometimes they are a bit slow with things. How annoying when all the other things have been credited. Send another e-mail and say you still haven't got the credit. I would then just deduct the amount from my next bill. But thats me;)

    Thanks lozza for your post.

I can't return the eyeshadow as the one that did come I have already supplied to my friend, the other one was missing and since I have seen it, I now don't want it. When I go online to do credits, it asks for the replacement code and doesn't let me leave it blank. So as I had to put something in I thought I would be best to order something I have already sold this campaign.

I hope missing items don't happen often as not only is it a pain for the customers, but it took me ages double checking everything, some things are so small that I thought I possibly missed it, no joy!

johanne - Sorry to hear about your problems, I hope things pick up for you soon. I understand where you are coming from, £11.08 isn't that small an amount. I queried £3.00 I was overcharged the other day and I am annoyed that I don't have that either. I was told that my credit, as I have been overcharged will appear on my next invoice, so does that mean I have to pay the extra this time but it will come off my next one?

    Hi guys!
I just started with Avon and I dont understand how to manage my books.
I read that you give the book for a week (or a few days), pick them up and give them to another people, so in one campaign you show the book 3 sets of people. But when you are getting delivery, do you deliver to all the people? And what about new books? Do you give first to first set of people, and later to another?
Can someone explain me this please?!!!

    Hey Johanne

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time. Don't give up with getting the money back from Avon. This same thing happened to me just after xmas and I just called them up, explained what had happened and that I had the stamped returns form from the driver which I could fax to them if they wanted me to and they said not to bother and refunded the money - I had to wait for it to come off my next campaign tho

Johanne this has happened to me before and it always credits the day after I've placed my order. So if you leave your account £11 in debit before your order goes in it'll go to £0 before your next invoice is added on and if you pay the £11 then you will have an £11 credit off your next invoice. Hope that makes sense :D

I have about 20 books I'm meant to be collecting now but it's pouring down and I can't go late as going to OH's Dad's wedding party so will get them tomorrow afternoon instead, hope no one minds too much! xxx

Right I'll explain what I do and then that might clear a few things up! I am getting my delivery on Monday. When I deliver those orders I will put the next book in with the orders (some streets get the new books, and some the "old") and put a note in for a day to collect those, usually about 3 days time. For the rest of my territory, who didn't order, I will start delivering books probably Monday - but I will mark in my Round book who is getting a book with their order with a B, and then I know all the rest of the houses need one posting through their door, as I will use a different coloured pen for those. It also helps me with keeping track of what days I need to collect books from where.

I have half of my territory on the new books, and the other on the "old" book, so it's just a matter of keeping the books separate when you are taking them - I tend to have 2 bags in my car, one with each set of books in to make sure I don't mix them up! I also have 2 round books to help with keeping things separate.hth
