    Have you had any other communication with them? Have they written to you? Do they call you at home?

    There are template letters but if you haven't got a reference or account number that won't necessarily help.

    Next time they call tell them that unless they stop harassment you will be reporting them to OFT.

    DO NOT call muck hall there a bunch of moorons. They want me to pay a debt from 1997 that i know nothing about. Where i come from thats called being mugged.

    It must be like the oscars for scumbags.I surpose they have to pat themselves on the back every now and then nobody else will. Does anyone feel like crashing a party.

    CAG (not a forum I use anymore for a vairety of reasons) regularly do threads about it, which I used to contribute to, but it got stale after a while.
