Whoop, whoop I didnt purchase this last weekend as I was waiting until payday so have now saved £20. Collecting from store on Monday. Thanks also 2010 for the information on the microsoft antivirus will download this when I'm up and running. :j0 -

Bit harsh given there have been plenty of £350+ laptops discussed here. The topic name is a little outdated given a £350 laptop 4 years ago (when this thread was started) is not quite the same as a £350 laptop today.
Having said that, that Sony Vaio is nothing special pricewise (unless your one of those fools who thinks the word Sony is worth paying a hundred quid premium for)
£350 4 years ago would have got you an average laptop, today you can pull some real bargains for the price.:)0 -
