The washing I put out today is dry now too. But the washing I put out on Friday is still wet. I guess it will dry sometime next spring.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

Did like this silvercharming,,, bidet
I love it too. My email spellchecker replaced it once when I wished a friend a happy bday, now I wish everyone a happy bidet instead :rotfl:
Well, I took out the rest of my Avon books that weren't done last time, it hasn't been raining here today although it is muggy. I've discovered that the extra territory I was given is very posh for round here - I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Oh well, I suppose it's not anything I can change. I've also got myself ready for my first ever sign-up tomorrow and I'm planning a big pub party at the end of the month to raise money for the breast cancer crusade and I've started planning that too.
Went into the kitchen and found that Dave had eaten the deliberately leftover steak from yesterday that was going to be the meat for a 'roast' today  just as well it was a mega-reduced yellow label, eh?! So I've scooted my meal plan around a little and we're now having fish, jacket potatoes and homegrown salad. Dave has been sent to cut all the salad as punishment!
I'm a little annoyed that my sig has disappeared. It used to have all of the debt charities on it and the links were approved but it appears that nobody noticed this. I wouldn't mind so much, but it's not like the links were there for my own benefit, is it?!0 -
I wondered who had the big yellow thing today because its not near me
maybe my turn tomorrow:D
oh, just remembered, week off work finished now, got to go back............................walks off to sulk and mumble.... I like it at home, nice virtual friends on web, no kids around during the day any more,.........0 -
Hello everyone, bit late getting on here but been busy cleaning floors. Happy Birthday Mioliere, hope you had a lovely day. Been overcast and miserable here, went to the car boot come market at the bowl this morming, but not many bods there, the weather has obviously put people off. Otherwise just done housework today, how boring, but got roasties in the oven, cant wait for them, yum yum.
Duddles to everyone, x0 -

Evening all,
Happy birthday Mioliere and to DS1 :bdaycake::bdaycake:
Sammy, glad to hear that OH is at last being looked after properly.
PenPin, sorry to hear that you are not well, not being able to get warm is very distressing.
OH is back to doing his fry up on Sunday, he did liver this morning and it was lovely, haven't had it for a while and it is so tasty, especially with bacon.
DS1 and DDIL1 arrived back from Holland yesterday evening and DGD2 was so pleased to see them that she got all uptight and refused to go to bed at usual time, but eventually couldn't keep going any longer. They brought some lovely spider crab which we have had for dinner to-day. They went back to Cork this afternoon...we are not yet used to the fact that they are there and only 3 hours away by car...
Some of the cupboards in the kitchen are finished so I put back some things to-day....delighted with the carousel in the corner cupboard, have put all my pots in there, I can find what I want in seconds and there is even room to spare. DS3 reckons that they survived with only 3 pots until I bought them a steamer and sees no reason why I need all the pots and pans I have, reckons I should bin most of them...he could have a point but nothing is being binned!!
Feeling tired now and hoping to have an early night as I am up to take DGS2 to school to-morrow morning, so can't linger in bed as I have been doing all Summer.
Hugs to all in need or want that I haven't mentioned and congratulations to those who are celebrating

Getting quite stressed on behalf of OH - we have spent the majority of today talking through the inetrview!
Anyway - it will be over by this time tomorrow and we might even know!!
I'm getting an early night, so goodnight all, and see you tomorrow!
