Wow, I don't need to use the tumble drier.:j

And I have stewing steak in the SC. Roast chicken and pork in the oven with a sausage casserole as well.

    Best wishes to everyone

    :A

Thank you for all ideas I get from here :T

  • Good for you, we have big black not-very-fluffy things outside which look like they are about to drop lots of little wet drippy things here.

But I'm not doing washing and am curled up in front of the fire so I don't really mind ;)

I know what you mean. It's been great getting clothes out on the line today after all that rain.

Kinda motivated me for the rest of the day aswell.

Did loads of cooking today.Mainly stuff for the freezer to be used at a later date.

Have a real urge for a bit of decluttering, ebaying and freecycling now that the kids are back at school.

  • Afternoon everyone!

Squiggly - *hugs*. You must miss him so much.
    Mioliere - Happy Birthday honey!
Mummysaver - Treacle does that to my OH too when she wants him awake - or she sits on his chest and purrs right into his face
Chrisca50 - I think that was my apple cake - well, My Aunt Sallys actually but it IS really delicious!
Orkney - My OH is a dj at the weekends and his gigs don't finish til well gone 0200 so by the time he has packed down and come home, it's often past 0400, especially if he stops for a nap on the way (which I actively encourage as I hate him driving when he is tired). Anyway, he tries to be quiet when he comes in, but often he wakes me so I just get up and start my day while he sleeps.
Sammyjig - in my experience of cellulosis, it is REALLY painful - often the pain isn't right on the site of it, but it is all connected. My Dr was confused at first and has no explanation, but the facts are it hurts like bloody hell!
Troo - I will be round for coffee and cakes, put the kettle on!

Enjoy the rest of your Sundays!

    hugs

P>S. Just read your next post Sammy - glad the Dr agreed it was just the pain of the cellulosis!
To be frugal, you need to spend money wisely, simply spending less is not enough.

Hi MoneysavingDiva yes it was your apple cake, or Aunt Sally's. Was lovely, thanks for that :j

Am sitting here and have succumbed to putting the heating on cos its soooo chilly. Am watching an old Only Fools and Horses and laughing like a drain.

    Hello everyone!

Happy Birthday Mioliere:bdaycake: I have only just found the cake smiley :o

Funny old day here chez Morwenna, uniforms still need ironing, I think my get up and go has got up and gone. I can't seem to get motivated at all - I'm not wanting the weekend to end I suppose..

Spag bol for tea - it was going to be chicken, I lifted it out of the freezer yesterday, but it wasn't defrosted when I went to chuck it in the oven. So I will chuck it in the SC before work tomorrow, I haven't done this with a whole chicken before - I hope it works out!

    Huge hugs for all!

Thanks for the comments re my M in L (not dear) going into my underwear drawer. One good result was that I was horrified at how I'd gone to baggy colourful pants from Tesco and have since hoiked them out and bought something more suitable tongue.gif. I am not looking forward to them coming but at least, as I said, they won't be staying here. They are both very critical of others, more so M in L, and she was quite scathing about DSS's girlfriend. felt v defensive - poor girl is only 15 and was very polite to her.
Hope all are enjoying Sunday anyway - we've just had roast chicken yum yum. On 3rd glass of wine hic (yes, should be white but red is soooo good for your heart biggrin.gif)
