  • Well Day 1 back on the plan and have eaten 22 out of 25 points:j :j :j
I have been a good DFW and purchased my monthly pass and I get a free journal and eating out book - worth £9.95 so its all good money saving. Going to get weighed at class tomorrow first time in months and I expect it will be bad news but drawing a line in the sand and starting again. With support and advice from here I can do it this time- losing lb and saving £ so its all good.:T

  • Can I join even though I'm not going to WW at present?

I've done it before very sucessfully and I've got at least a stone to lose if not two but I will aim for losing one stone = 14lbs.

I'd like to go back but to be honest I can't afford it and the local meetings are on a date and time which I can't make. It sounds like I am making excuses!

  • Ok so I went back to meetings - not been since june and have put on a half stone so I now weigh the same as i was when i was 8 months pregnant with my son  So I have got to get on the straight and narrow - eating today was ok until i made cheesy mash for the rest of the family and had a few spoonfuls - but no more!!

I have 5 stone to loose to get to the ww recommended weight for my height ( i was that 7 years ago - first time i went to ww and did it properly) so i am going to do it a stone at a time. this thread is great as no one around me wants to loose weight or understands the daily struggles.

    Good luck everyone.
  • Inamess don't worry I weight 5 stone more than my sis when she went into labour and i've never been preggers....

hi to all the newbies nice to see you! i will update the first page with you guys later today!

went to weigh in last night and ive lost half a lb according to their scale which is 3.5lb in total. I weighted myself (without clothes) on our scales at home before i started ww and last night and according to that ive lost 5lb! i think the most accurate way is weighin without clothes because other wise you cant be sure your clothes aren't heavier one week than they are another!! what does anyone else think?!?!?
