Oooh - I'm about to rejoin WW, so this looks like a great thread to join!
I have between 14 - 21lbs to lose, so that I don't have to be a size 16 any more

Thanks! I'll make my target 21lbs, and I'm aiming to have lost it by Christmas - that's around 3.5 months away, so hopefully it's doable!

  • Boo hoo, I put on 2lbs yesterday at weigh in, was expected though been feeling a bit down and had a take away and wine on sat night, back on from yesterday morning though.
Went to the gym yesterday and going today.
Also I am helping out at the meeting next week, but no mention of the benefits you others mention, but maybe she might say about that next week, we will see.

Considering the 25% rise in food prices , and people generally being over weight by 25% to 30%. Could save money by eating 25% less.

    Hello!

I lost 3lb on my weigh-in on Sat, obviously exercise does help - poo.

I've also become a clerk at my meeting - do think I'll get told off for cancelling my subscription?

I'm finding the most expensive thing for Ww is their bread, i love toast for my breakfast. Is anyone doing Core? How do they find it?
Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck :)

  • Bread is evil, I had far to much last week, toast and bagels for lunch and then sandwiches in the evening, no wonder I gained.
No bread for me this week and LOTS of exercise.
Going to aqua fit tonight the first time in a couple of years, me and my friend are gonna try it out, as I can remember it is really good for toning and works quite quickly to.
