Hi Lys
I don't do it (not that I don't need to I might add, there is a good 4 stone of extra 'me' that doesn't need to be there) but I think one was started at the same time as the red/green thread but I have to say I haven't seen it for some time, it might be worth starting a new one up if you can't find it or if ithas been dead for months.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

had a look and there is one over on the families board....to be honest if anyone is interested i'd like to start one here as im a bit shy about straying onto other boards lol and would like to see how people do weight watchers from a DFW perspective...I'm moving out in jan and at the moment my mum is making all this wonderful homemade food out of the weightwatchers cook book...i dont think im going to be able to afford to keep this up when i move thats why i want a DFW perspective...Aug £10 a day £0/£10000

There is a really cool WW spreadsheet linked on this blog for free (didn't know if i could link direct to the spreadsheet, hence blog link): http://shine.yahoo.com/channel/health/weekly-weigh-in-21-236647/
I've downloaded it and done a scan and nothing dodgy. Blog has nothing to with me btw.

OOOOOOOOh I'd love to join a ww group here! I'm about to go onto a DMP and am a bit scared at probably having to cancel my WW esource subsciption so support on here would be great!
I've lost 2 and a half stones this year (I'm half way to goal) but have bought lots of expensive WW foods which now need to go! It would be good to share budget low points recipes too!

Hiya all! Thanks for joining my thread! I've been on weight watchers for 11 days now...found the first week fine and lost 3lbs which i was really pleased with!! been feeling bit rough this weekend and all i want to do is eat lots of toast and drink lots of tea with lots of sugars!!! think its something to do with all the rain....sarriep - Would be fab to help each other with points values of stuff and recipes etc. I've got esource free with my monthly pass at the moment if you need any help with points!Cornball - had a quick look at that spreadsheet and it looks good! I'm using a journal i got my my free starter pack at the moment but when that runs out im just gonna pick up the weekly trackers in meetings and keep them in a ring binder. seems daft paying for a journal when they give the tracker away free.ooooh one good tip i got this week - our leader was saying that a women at her old meeting keeps all her trackers and marks them with loss or gain. if she has a bad week she looks through the trackers for a loss one and uses that to get back on track. i think she said the women had lost like 100lbs!Aug £10 a day £0/£10000
