Hi all,
Had weigh in last night, lost 1.5lb, which a bit disappointed with, but this does include a night spent eating burger & chips and drinling champagne (I know classy combination) at a friends p[arty, so not too bad i suppose...
Should have a more sensible weekend this week (boo)0 -
Rubbish week - not been well so eaten every thing in sight tomorrow start tracking again properly - draw a line and keep going .
Good luck everyone.0 -
Hello everyone - slightly ashamed by my abandonment of the thread - everyone is doing so well! Congratulations to everyone who has lost this week :T
I fell off the wagon a bit last Friday night and sort of stayed off all weekend (visiting my mum and dad and there was so much delicious food there - who can resist roast beef and yorkies?!) - so I didn't lose anything this week
But, I am being better and having soup and crackers for lunch instead of big fat pret sandwiches and have been reducing my portion sizes. Went to circuits on Monday night - my legs have only just stopped aching!
I am finding it hard to stay within my points though and wonder if I should go back to meetings to give me more of an incentive. It's definitely the wine that is letting me down but it's so hard to say no when everyone else is having a glass. Somebody tell me off and perhaps I'll be better behaved this weekend!

Hi,
Would love to join this thead.
I have 8 lbs to go to get within my 5lb Goal weight. I have lost 23lb so far.
The last couple of months all I seemed to of done is 1 off,1 on etc...and don't seem to be getting anywhere.
I have 4 more meetings until I go on holiday so I would like to give it a really good go in the next month.
So I'm hoping that this will help me get there and something MSE would be that when I do get to my within 5lb it will be free!:j

just a tip for people....a few weeks ago i purchased some WW cakes ,i ate them only when i fancied something sweet(most times i know)! when i went to weigh in that week i found i had put 1lb on. i think these are not very good thing to buy tbh. it made me think 'oh thats ok its only 1 1/2 points per slice etc'. i think i was better off having a small kit kat etc.spanky xx

If I buy a box of those ww cakes I can demolish the whole lot in an afternoon and not even realise I have eaten them - thats quite bad isn't it!! Well now I don;t buy them so eat my way through everything else. tonight we are having an indian but tomorrow i start again (well apart from the meal out tomorrow lunchtime for my husbands grandparents 60th WA and his parents 40th WA - both this month)
I have been so stressed all summer ( trying to buy a house but mortgage co kept moving goal posts now decided 90% sure we are going to pull out unfortunalty vebdors will get repo'd but Mortgage co just doubled fees and increased rates that will put payments up by £120 pm which is too much I refuse to get in any more of a mess than we already are!!!) but I am now calmer in control and that has to include my eating.0 -
hiya all!
mumofcookers - added you to the list! good luck you sound like you've done fab so far! is WW free once you are within 5lbs or once you hit goal weight?
spanky and imamess - i like the ww cakes and havent found they cause me any problems but i do just stick to one a day. since i started ww i dont really have massive cravings because you can eat what you want as long as its in moderation. one good thing for a sweet tooth is pink and whites (the mallow wafer things!) think theyre only like 40p for 6 and only half a point. i keep them in my desk at work and have one when i need something sweet!Aug £10 a day £0/£10000 -

Thanks!
It becomes free when you get to your goal weight/gold member and then as long as you stay within 5 lbs it is still free.
As I am a returning gold member and I left to have baby number 4, then it will be free when I get to 5lb above my goal weight.
I hope that it clearer than it sounds!Pay off all your debt by Xmas 2012Aim £8200Total so far £3700Left £45000
