  • I weighed in last night and have lost 1.5lbs, which is good as I feel off the wagon with a big thump towards the end of last week.
A friend has now joined ww with me so that should give me extra motivation as we are similar weights.

  • I am starting group again tonight after not going since pre pregnancy.Im really nervous, I just dont want to do the first weigh in.
I will be going every week and staying to the meeting as my DS does Karate in the room next door so im in the building anyway and have to wait for him so my leader would see me if I didnt go.
I think im going to get a monthly pass as it works out a bit cheaper and I think you get the shopping guide and eating out guide free at the moment.
  • Weigh in this morning, only lost 1/2 lb but better off than on. Must try harder! Well done to everyone who has lost weight.

    Hi All,

Weighed in this morning lost another lb - 4lb in 4 weeks. I've moved down in the next stone! Goodbye 15stones!!!

It's been a really tough week for me this week at work. I haven't been able to really keep an eye on what I've been eating so I'm really pleased with myself.

Great North Run is 13.1 miles!!! now can you see why im not looking forward to it!!? ive walked 13 miles before in the lake district so i know i can do it but they reopen the roads at a certain point and you have to do the rest on the footpaths if your still going (which we will be!) so bit worried about that and worried that the finish line wont be there when i finish coz neither me or my friend are fit enough to run it so we are walking all of it!

well done to all those that have lost weight this week, for those that have gained don't worry!

Newbies - welcome! i have added you to the front page, good luck :)
