Will post the link if I have permission?

Could be more interesting than watching Corrie Street:D

Thanks for that, ok the piccys seem a little stark (just trying to be constructive) a splash of colour perhaps some flowers? would do the trick, make it look a little more homely. Are the agents on Rightmove? as you gave an agents site.
The garden looks lovely but the lawn has a lot of dead grass could you rake it and put some lawn sseed down?

Yes, the agents are on RM. I gave you that link as i have it bookmarked. The pics etc are the same on RM.

It looks stark, you're right, but we redecorated and didn't put the pics back up so as not to damaged the walls. The 'idea' was to make it seem bigger. The garden needs a lot of attention but I wouldn't have thought the pic would put people off necessarily. But I could give it a go and have them take new pics.

    Thanks for looking x

Pawpurrs, when I sold last time it was 3 weeks after I accepted the offer before the survey was done. Seems some lenders like to get the employer reference etc done first before instructing a surveyor. I must admit though I was pulling my hair out as nobody explained what the delay was.

Once the survey was done we completed 4 weeks after - so 7 weeks all in all.

Is this a service you offer to everyone? I found I asked the EAs and they said the house didn't need anything doing and just gushes over it. I know it isn't perfect (what house is?) but I want to know what is going to be a problem and what isn't.

Mind you at the moment I can't even get on the market. Being civil to the EA doesn't seem to be working. If anyone lives in the Chelmsford area I really wouldn't touch Propertystreet with a barge pole from my experience thus far.

    Keep posting LOL!
I hope your Journey is easier than mine has been so far.
Accepted an offer allmost straight away, only for them to pull out and had 60 viewings since then! Praying and hoping that this offer goes through. Gutted about the price but want to move on with life.

Yes, I read through the forum a few weeks ago and can't believe how much bad luck you've had.

I suppose it doesn't really matter how many viewings you get - provided the ones you do get are quality and you get that magical offer.

I don't think I'd have the patience to show 60+ people around. You deserve a medal

You dont know the half of it, it has been a horrible couple of years, my luck has got to change soon.
You only need one person to want your house.
