OMG 10 Weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone seems to be doing really well....So :T Well done everyone!, and welcome to everyone who has joined in the last few days.
Well My frontroom & Kitchen looks like world war III has broken out, OH off work today and decided it was time we got a new carpet ready for Christmas, So when I got up this morning I had no carpet in the frontroom and all the furniture was in the middle of the floor
That Aside, we have just about finished the Painting on the walls and woodwork, and OH has paid for the new carpet which is being fitted on friday :j , he has also given me some money to spend on new curtains and cushions :j All this because I'm organised and don't need anymore money for Xmas and kids birthday presents ( means we have a bit more to spend on getting the house sorted....So Big Thanks to organized Christmas and all you guys for keeping this thread going and keeping me motivated) :A
Well I suppose I better get back to work..... still got loads to do just wanted a quick christmas fix and to say hi everyone.

Well ladies & gents it's 10 weeks today till Christmas eve. How is everybody getting on?
10 weeks to go!!!,with hallow, een, bonfire night and 3 family birthdays in between I am feeling stressed out now.I will be busy with the business too as winter should be my busiest season and I have a few events to go to in November/December.Just over 1 year to plan the wedding too.I think I need to open a bottle of wine now.
Too many parties too little time."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
Been back to home bargains and bought another four tins of twinings luxury hot chocolate and have decided I'm doing tea/coffee/hot choclate hampers as MIL and GMIL said they would like something like that with the credit crisis, they said their usual tea and coffee and some extra bits would help them a lot so I'm going to do that and add some extras to my MIL's like hot water bottle and slippers, cos she's fab. Want to get a PERSONALISED MUG of the bairn for her also. Does anybody know of a thread that disscusses best cheapest on personalised things or does anybody have any ideas, seen some on ebay for about a fiver but don't know what the quailty will be like??!!
P.S. Has anybody had any of that twinings hot choclate - I don't even know if it's nice - I just like the tin...0 -

Another christmas lover here!! been reading this thread since it was on page 1 !! I did print some stuff out from the organised xmas site but havent looked at them since...oops. So im just following it 'roughly' now.
Im 35 weeks pregnant so there'll be 4 kids at xmas so really need to try and make sure everything is as organised as can be.
Going to clear out my bedroom, starting today, as thats where most of the pressie stashing happens.xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Personalised photo mugs, Snapfish are really good, and pretty good value, I pd £8.00 last xmas, (did get bogof), also if you can pick up in store, Jessops or Max Spileman stores, you save the post and packing.
I've finished the home made cards, not very brilliant, but considering arts and crafts are not my thing, thou give me a knitting needle and wool and Im ok.
Delievering my 1st xmas present 2mor - box of biscuits for the staff at the doc surgery (half price from Tesco!), then got 8 presents to take next week down on hols with us, there all brought but in about 4 different places!! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Please dont go into early labour on us, xxx
Hmmm, I ended up laying on my bed watching tv so not much chance of that :rotfl:
Im going to spend 15-20mins clearing top of wardrobe before I get into bed though, then im going to make a list of what to put in Christmas Eve hampers for my kiddies, an idea I found on here actually :jGood enough club member number 140 -

I know exactley how you feel RoxieW, my house is such a mess, what with the decorating and sorting out, Everytime I try and do something it always seems to get worse before it gets better.... but just think how great it's going to be when it's all done;)
