jamtart - someone on one of these christmas threads guided me to this site and these memorabilia packs, a few of them only cost £6.
My dad stumps me too every year, but I think he will find these things really interesting and they are different. His dad was in the raf in the war so I think he would find the raf pack interesting and maybe the blitz one - worth a look

I think postage is really cheap too0 -
Cleaned my little ones windows in her bedroom today and checked the smoke alarms as The Grand Plan says, exhausted though so haven't got on with any more crafting and I've added reindeer lollies to my list so I need to get a move on, got so much to do - starting to freak out a bit.0

Hi Sarah,
Your folder looks brill- can I please ask what you put inside(sorry havent read all the threads) and this would be ideal for my friends as they are really disorganised!!!

Had a little 'Chrissy' fix today by looking at all the decorations in the range-some right tat,but also some very nice 'shaker'style stuff.
I bought a bottle of Tesco vintage Cava today for Christmas dinner-I was bought a bottle a couple of months ago by a friend as I had had a pretty grotty time in hospital-it is nicer than any champagne etc I have ever tasted, less than £6 and a huge treat. Plus a bottle of buks fizz for the kids,as I never seem able to find it around Christmas time! I got a tin of heroes for a fiver from Asda-for some daft reason Tesco are doung same size for £6,they obviously think we don't check ;0
Asda had a load of whoopsied toys in our branch today (romford) nothing unfortunately for my 2 boys but there was boys and girls stuff and quite a lot of it-most over 50% off.
My daughter has developed a huge interest in cooking, especially since going off to Uni-so I am tjinking of making her some sort of hamper? maybe spices and things that she may not have. She has also hinted at wanting a blender so am now on the look-out for a bargain if anyone has seen one!
Plus- we used to have a great popcorn maker years ago. Has anyone seen one for sale recently,as I can't find one anywhere. Lakeland do one but I don't really want to pay the postage costs.
One idea I had from last year for those with older children,I bought my daughter a little 'cooler' for her room ,which she loves. It's obviously not as good as a fridge, but keeps her chocolate lovely! I got a great bargain one for £10 last year, maybe an idea for someone?Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0 -

Hi Dora
All I'm Planning on Putting Inside are some of the Sheet's of the Organized Christmas Website (The Links on Pinkladymels very first Post)
Was Thinking about, Card Lists, Gift List, Full 2009 Calander sheets, Inventories etc... (But will have to go on the site later and decided exactley which ones to print)
Also a Recipt Pocket on the inside of the front cover (but not sure how I will do that yet) and will look for a nice Pen or pen set to go with it.
Then Giving them the link for the Website so they can follow next year, but they will have the basic's of the plan already.
HTH

Love your folder Sarah - brilliant idea! Don't know how many friends I could give this to though - they still think I am mad doing the shopping early. Although I have made one friend think about it this year and she has been buying some great bargains for gifts! So maybe I could 'convert' a few more! The great declutter 2010Money neutral and thrifty gifty for Christmas 2010 :xmassmile0

I know the Feeling My To Do List for Today is so
Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong
I don't think I will get it all done.
I feel like I have been on the computer all weekend already, trying to do these Bl*****dy books I'm making. On a better note the books are nearly done now so that will be another Home made gift crossed of my list.
But will have to come off soon and get all my jobs done or I will do nothing.
Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday, and crossing lots of things of their lists (Unlike me - I have loads to do and finish)
