I did my batch cooking, there are now 13 portions of sausage and tomato casserole in freezer, (dd and father had to have a portion to sample). (very money saving it was £8.00 for the lot).
Beef in beer and beef, Chicken chasseur next week.

I did some christmas shopping last night. I picked up two rabbit advent calenders for my bunnykins, an advent calender for my bf's dog back at his parents, love that dog to bits. Some animal Christms treats and toys. Right I am all done now...... oh yeah have to buy for humans now

mum2one - I see you have been batch cooking and freezing - will they be alright until christmas - need to start doing this but wasn't sure about how long you could freeze certain things, you sound like a pro. is there anything that won't freeze well? any advice welcomed - pinkladymel was wondering about this too I think.

Hi All!

I've not been up to much and this weekend will be visiting my folk in Norfolk so won't be getting much done. I have to take my brother some cookies (he got jealous that I had baked some for OH and I never bake cookies for him :rolleyes: ) Also I have to pay my mum for letting us stay over in baked cheesecake!!

Mel - I normally faint due to the fact I am anaemic and am allergic to the meds that you are put on to raise your iron levels. The doctor thinks that why I did it Selling warhammer stuff to make room for Christmas sounds like a good plan
