All you need to do is read the first post. Maybe I ought to edit it actually
Its GREAT to see you here RustyFlange!! Do your fingers ache from all that cutting yet? LOL
Go to Organizedchristmas.com and at the top are names of different plans. Decide which one you would like to do and then click on it and begin printing out the plan for your organised christmas:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -

so I just need to print things out? I don't need to make a notebook and make it all pretty like you did?Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
pinkladymel - like the idea of wrapping the quotes round the sweet......could do that with quality street or roses chocs. My friend would enjoy that I'm sure. OH seems to think that folk would enjoy the 'lucky dip' rummage aspect of it............we'll see. I can just see it taking me an absolute age if I wrap them all.......................lolMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Hi everyone :hello:
I've stumbled across this thread while I was looking for Christmassy stuff on the Christmas thread!(bless...!)
I love Christmas and have been quite prepared this year after spending way too much last December...
I've got loads of presents I've been buying throughout the year and have a food money stash and pressie money stash. I've also got £60 of high street vouchers coming soon.
I'm going to have a look at the website and print off my christmas planner.
EEEKKK... how exciting!0 -
Scattymam - thanks for the link to the sock snowmen! They are really cute - now I'm going to be looking out for white socks! As far as picking up toys, when DD was small, I'd pick up a few, put them under my bed in a box, and hold them there (without her knowing about it) for about a month. If she didn't notice them missing in a month or two, out they went. I tried to pick up those that she didn't seem to be playing with very much.MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0

Hi All!
Thought I would stick my head round see how you are all doing. Most of the piccies of stuff I've made are on the Crafty for Christmas thread. But I guess I can show you on here hehe.
This is a cross stitch for my boyfriends mum! The kit was free with Cross Stitcher mag and the frame was about £1.80
This is the first of 3 no sew blankets. One other is made and the third I'm starting today! This one is for me but the other are for my nan and grandad. They cost £4 per blanket!
I made this little critter this week. He is so cute and now I'm keeping him. He cost £3.50 to make! Saving hard for a brighter future!:beer:0 -
Siren, well done on your great crafty stuff! You could save a bomb with talent like that for Christmas pressies.
Do the no sew blankets come in a little kit or something? Where can I buy one of those from? We've got a baby coming in the family and I'd like to make the baby one.

Hi noggin!!
The blankets weren't in a kit or anything they were just two throws I brought from Primark at £2 each. If you need instructions they can be found here:

Here is a piccie of all the blankets I brought from there:
Thanks for your lovely comments! Would you believe my GCSE art teacher told me I had too much of an attitude problem to be creative!! Saving hard for a brighter future!:beer:0 -

Getting sorted slowly!! got the 6 weeks printed off and a few of the other lists, dd is helping me get them sorted tomorrow into our xmas file.
The freezer had the big clean out, and de iced, looks tidyer and more organised.
The loft tomorrow - that means a few choice words from dad (the loft a bit full, I dont do ladders) - check the xmas paper and card stock.
Next week its tidy up the bedroom (presents in wardrobes, on side) get them all in one place.
Its nice not to be the only one who gets organised early for xmas. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
