ah pinklady mel you havent had much luck in the last couple of weeks. you got to try eating something though, it makes you feel worse if you dont. Can you get some scented candles going or get some odour neutralising stuff. I know its awful smell my mil loves the stuff too and when she talks to you it almost knocks me out!! are you in a flat or smething or is it just so strong it gets from one house to another? Opening the windows is out the question cos its way too cold. Or get hubby to take you out somewhere to eat at least then you can enjoy some food without the smell. good luck.sealed pot member no :081

I love the alarm clock idea.. GENIUS. Can you just buy a character bubble bath from Poundland and empty it (or use it up until christmas) and fill with his medicated stuff?
11 snowman soups and some ironing RoxieW is good going!!
furrypig I wish you would stop being so organisedyou are putting me to shame!! you and shev are a nightmare. Im calling this the unorganizedchristmas thread and kicking you both you
hahaa kidding obviously.
I can tell you my assignment is to complete two layouts and 2 cards using one photograph on the layouts and all colours in chocolate with loads of layers. I got a box of goodies and I can't use anything other then what is in the box.:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
Hi
Well after doing nothing really for two weeks [well nothing christmasy], i have decieded that today i am going to write out christmas cards and wrap up presents. Its not like hubby and me will be doing anything as he has a really bad hangover, so i might as well get organised. I have also ordered flowers for my mum for christmas eve when she comes to stay [ i love the fact i can order flowers for delivery 6 weeks in advance but cant book my delivery slot for tesco]0 -

Thanks a lot. You are absolutely right about the windows etc. Other people think its funny but its terrible for me! I can't open the windows because I just get so cold so quick so I'm glad you understand where I am coming from. Odour neutralising is a genius idea so I am going to find a neutradol plug in thanks!! I don't live in a flat but anyone would think my walls were full of holes the way you can hear and smell next door!!:rotfl::xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -

This is so funny I can't stop laughing!! Have you tried hiding something of his he might want today.. a beer.. the tv remote.. and tell him it might be with your christmas dvds:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
Hi
I never order fresh food from tesco to be deliveredanymore, everytime i have in the past it has been very near the use by date or just not what i would of picked.
I just get tinned or crisps or household stuff [cat food etc] then send hubby with a list a couple of days before christmas lol all the heavy stuff i cant face lugging about.
You can book delivery slot from end november.0 -
Thanks a lot that is some good thinking and if I order all the tins thats a load of weight i don't have to lug about!! I like the hubby idea but mine is in a wheelchair to that might be a bit mean.. I am tempted though.. hmm HAHAH:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0

You could be right it might be a little mean, the reason i do an online shop is so that i dont have to lug around extra weight namely hubby who hates shopping.0

aww pinkladymel
hope you get well soon! there are lots of bugs going around - could it be that? or is it just the garlic?? not sure i read your post right!! congrats on the layout. i am too lazy to layer!!:) i was quite pleased with my halloween page though
Sugajen - Good luck for the baby!! The fimo apparently if you warm it first is easier to roll. I tried to roll it as fast as poss. It was like rolling plasticine its that consistency so quite tough especialy if you are very pregnant! however it took me about 30mins to roll and cut 2 packets (and now have arms like a body builder) so if you could get someone to roll it, its super easy!
