But do they skin the Rabbit and everything for you?
It's just I was walking past today and peered in and just thought they looked a bit too 'Rabbity' (as in furry and cute) for me to cope with...
Oh and I got some eggs today. Hooray! :T
Thanks for the m&s tip EL.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Just skipping the rabbit v. pet issue, the pheasants at the same butchers are phenomenal value at 3.50ish and great in the remoska, just do a bed of savoy(ish) cabbage and a cupful of white wine, lardons of smoked bacon chucked in, some ripe tomatoes sliced with chopped herbs, and topped with sliced potato and maybe parsnips with oil poured on, remosk that for an hour or so until the potatoes start crisping, then bang the pheasant in for 45 minutes to roast.
You have a great one pot meal, also sandwich meat, and stock that'll make a nice soup.
The great trick is to use white wine, which is possibly counter intuitive for game, but it's more subtle than red would be with the stronger taste of the pheasant.

If it's nice I will get some as well as it's a great price!purplevamp wrote: »EagerLearner - will do! The one I picked up is olive pomace oil. Says it's a mix of refined olive pomace oil and extra virgin olive oil. I'm a few miles out of Brighton so don't tend to do my food shopping there apart from the odd visit to Infinity, but drive over at weekends to the Sunday morning free films at the Duke of Yorks, etc.0 -

In terms of Infinity, they do an excellent ethical bottled water therethat supports the Drop4Drop charity (if you buy bottled water)...
