Hello...... I am here, I have visited a number of times and found myself unable to write because every time it just started flowing out about how very, very sad I am that my db is unwell. But instead today I am going to write about how I am preparing a 6th birthday party tea for my DD, girls only allowed and lots of pink and fluffy things going on.
I am ok thanks everyone, this job is keeping me mad busy and in between I am focusing on helping DB organise his wedding to his long term partner of 14 years. It is happening in 3 weeks.
Cas, YB, SH, IC, I promise to go back and read all posts and comment when I can. Sorry for not keeping up this diary and popping in to see how you all are. It must be bad cos SH has started her own...!!! ha, ha ha.
Love to you all, I have to rush because I am half way through supper.
A BIG THANK YOU FOR THINKING OF ME!!!! AND CARING.

so nice to hear from you Ruby I am sure the pink fluffy party will be a hit , the perfect thing for 6yr old girls.
there will be alot to organise for DB's wedding I am sure it will go well
how are things on a financial front?
slow but sure here, reducing my cc,s gradually ( very gradually) one of them I am reducing is a cashback cc. so when I pay it off I am going to use it for everything during the month and then pay it all off at the end.
hope you are ok Ruby I know things are tough right now, (((hugs))) from me to you xx0 -

IC sorry to hear about your job, I hope something comes from the agency soon. i think everyone is so busy , havent heard from Belle or 1step for ages - if you are looking in hope you are both ok thankfully I keep in touch with SH on her diary.
Ruby dont burn yourself out sweetie make sure you get some me time, I know things will be hectic with your new job and the wedding.
we are not allowed to do overtime at work anymore due to cut backs which is a shame as it helped with the overpayments to my cc's , oh well it just means it will take longer to pay off but at least I have a job0 -
Hi all - just been invited to another interview for Tuesday - applied for it 2 months ago. I have an interview tomorrow too. I have done my JSA application today too - so I have to go to see them tomorrow afternoon. Bundle of laughs... or what! I suppose it does give me a break from the housework:rotfl:Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hi everyone, first day of two weeks leave today. Phew what a relief!! Are you both off cas and YB?
Good luck with interview SH, let us know how you get along.
Does anyone have any Easter plans? We don't... but staying at home and chilling really appeals right now.

Hi Ruby nice to hear from you. I have no plans as such although I am hoping the kids will still go to MIL's for 3 days and that I get to see my sister. I had an interview yesterday but not heard back yet and have TWO for next week now so things seem to be picking up. I have to go back and sign on yet again today despite registering only yesterday - other than that just business as usual.
How are the wedding plans going Ruby? Have you had the party for your DD yet?
All the best
