Hi Buddiebabe, how are you feeling this week? How is the sore throat?

I managed to get off my butt yesterday and put up 8 more items onto Ebay - I'm not going to let that bad experience the other day put me off!

Have decided to start a spending diary from tomorrow and I'm going to note down every single thing I buy for everyone to see - so hopefully that will make me think twice!

Hey MrsPorridge im not feeling too good again :mad: I've finished my anti biotics last night but when i got up today i had a really sore throat again. I have no idea what's wrong with me but whatever it is its no going away!!!! It feels like my tounge is swollen now. I phoned the doctors this afternoon so i have an appointment for next Tuesday at 7.30am!!!

That's good news about getting the stuff on ebay i've not done anything last night or today but im not long in from work and im just going to get ready for 2nd job.

I need to start a spending diary too! Money just seems to slip through my fingers at the moment

Well i've had to take a half day holiday from my work today my throat and tongue are so sore and im feeling really tired... i've booked the next two days off as holidays provisionally although that may change to sick days depends what the doctor says tonight. She phoned me at work today and has managed to make an appointment for tonight to get some swabs of my throat taken so at least i feel like someone is doing something!

I've sold a few items on ebay today.... not a great deal of money but it all helps will try to update more details later if im feeling up to it.

I did spend money today:

49p on some tablet from the tea trolley
£2.50 on a jumper from asda

So far today i've spent £2.99 and hope that will be it!

Didn't manage to update last night i went straight to bed after i'd been at my 2nd job. The doctor said she thinks its just a viral infection that im picking up so didn't give me anything for it just said to keep taking the ibuprofen and paracetamol.... so not really any further forward and im still in pain.

I've not managed to put anything on ebay over the last few days apart from relisting the things that didn't sell. I have had a few things selling over the last few days but nothing major just a few pounds here and there but it will add up.

Im not too sure what to do with myself today or 2moro im still not feeling great but as i've had to take the days off work as holidays i really dont want to waste them. I should probably do something but don't feel up to doing much.

Will go and see if i've got something in the house to eat and hopefully i'll feel a bit better after some food.

Hi Buddiebabe - how are you feeling?

I've not done very well mse wise over the weekend and spent around £65.

I've renewed my insurance for house and contents today and have done it in one fell swoop £108 so I expect to be overdrawn this month. Will have to try and claw back as much as possible the following month. Some good news in that my items on Ebay made £65. (which cancels out my weekend spending).

Need to find more stuff to Ebay. Am going to look through my books which didn't sell at the boot fair and list those on Thursday.

Sorry i've not updated lately i've not been feeling too good and i've been really busy at work. My sore throat keeps coming back and im beginning to think its stress related as the doctor cant find anything wrong but i still keep getting sore throats! Its not been too bad this week so im hoping that it will just disappear!!!

Am not doing too well on the money front.... i have paid all bills so far but still have to find the money for my RBS MC 1 which will be approx £200 and my Debenhams card....so will see how things go.

I've got 267 things listed on ebay with 2 currently selling for a grand total of £1.98. All the items that are listed have been listed before and over and over again. I really need to get some new stuff listed but at the moment the state of the house is really bringing me down. I have been clearing out the bedroom for the last hour and the amount of dirty clothes the boyfriend leaves lying around is starting to depress me!!! I was working from 9 - 6 today and have spent rom 6 - 8 cleaning and moving things.... while the boyfriend is away out to the pub with friends.... to be honest im glad of the peace but when i came home tonight i started with 2 loads of washing i now have about 5.... one is done and in the tumble drier and one currently on!

Im just having a 20 min break to catch up on MSE and sit down for a while.... need to get back up soon or i wont be able to get into bed tonight for all the junk!!!!

Hiya - sorry to hear you are feeling down. I totally sympathise on the cluttered/messy house - ours really depresses me.

It sounds as if those 267 things on ebay are never going to make your fortune so why don't you take the ones that don't sell to the charity shop? At least that would be 200 less things in your house.

Has your boyfriend heard about the holiday situation yet?
