Well that's me finally finished listing the items i had photographed :j I now have 338 items listed and one selling at 99p :p

One of the items i have listed tonight has a watcher already... now i know that doesn't really mean anything but it does mean that someone has looked at an item i am selling so thats a good start!

I want to try and get as many items of clothing listed asap before they start the free postage carry on!!! They are just making things harder and harder for sellers that aren't businesses these days... i would love to be in a position that i don't have to ebay everything i own! One day that will happen and im hoping its before the house is completely empty.... although an empty house would be nice to be able to start from scratch would be great....

Off to see what i can photograph ready for 2moro

Wow Buddiebabe - you have done so well with listings all those items - no wonder your head hurts - my head's hurting just reading about you doing all that stuff! I'm just off now to re-list the items that didn't sell on my listings. I have failed miserably this weekend and only managed to find 1 new items to Ebay! But I'll keep looking.

Done lots of cooking today: made one batch of rolls in the BM ready for packed lunches and there is a batch of saffron dough in the BM as we speak. Made an apple crumble to dinner tonight. We don't often bother with puddings (although you wouldn't believe that to look at me):D But I got some Tescos Cornish ice cream the other day (which is surprisingly good). I have decided that I am going to try and be much more Old Style in my approach and am looking on the old style boards for ideas. If only I had been old style in my approach to money i.e. not buying anything unless I had the cash then I wouldn't be where I am today. But then I wouldn't have discovered this site would I?:j:j:j

    Take care

    Hey

Another new month. I meant to post yesterday but i ended up spending last night trying to sort out my figures to get ready to post!!

Anyway here goes... debt currently outstanding.....

    OVERDRAFTS:

ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND £800.00 no change

    LOANS:

ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND £10292.64 now £10041.60

    CREDIT CARDS:

    DEBENHAMS £397.44 now £384.00
    MBNA £4095 now £4090.00
ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND MC 1 £8829.96 now £8745.00

ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND MC 2 £5181.45 now £5161.00
    TESCO £1569.52 now £1550.00

    TOTALS:
    OVERDRAFTS £800.00 no change
    LOANS £10292.64 now £10041.60
    CREDIT CARDS £20073.37 now £19930.00

TOTAL OUTSTANDING JANUARY £33180.86 now APRIL £31166.01 now MAY £30771.60 total paid off from 1.01.09 £2409.26

Managed to pay off £394.41 this month which is ok but not great  i managed more last month but to be honest this month i've not been as careful with my money as i should have!

I have also mangaged to lose 4lbs this month :j Im now 3 weeks into my weight management plan so am hoping to lose another few pounds in the next 9 weeks.

I've decided that i need to have a post where i have everything that is currently outstanding and due to be paid so that once i have put the money away for this or it is paid i can mark it off.... i didn't manage to put away all the money i needed to for savings last month as i didn't really keep track of what i was spending :o

Im going to add everything to the next post including what's left over from last month and then i can carry forward anything and do the same next month in the hope that i will be in the position that nothing will need to be carried forward sometime soon

Im going away for a few days this month which is paid for apart from the petrol and spending money but will worry about that nearer the time. We also got the confirmation throught that we got the Sun holiday that we wanted for the 4 nights instead of three :j and it was the date we wanted 1st week in June so am really looking forward to that this is going to be the start of a good month for taking some time out but think it may be a poor month money wise.... will just need to wait and see!!!

I have joined the May grocery challenge and have started with a budget of £150 as im not sure exactly how much i spend. I am also aiming for 12 no spend days this month and have had my 1st NSD yesterday so am off to a good start.

Am going to sort out the figures for my next post

OMG!!!! i have just added up all the figures that i have available at the moment and if i managed to pay all of them it totals £1969.41  and thats not including the ones that i don't have the figures for!!!! Which could possibly be as much as another £500 which would mean i would have to find £2469.41  which is before i have even thought about food or petrol or holiday spending money..... I could cry or scream or both!!!!

The only plus point is that i have already paid £401.70 and i also have £705.52 of that put away towards the amounts outstanding!

Things like the ebay money for myself and my mum are important because my mum does all my parcelling up and at the end of the year i usually have money to give her for all her hard work and towards the materials for packing the stuff but i haven't put anything away for her this year.... while its important its not essential to put it away so im not too worried about that it can be put away if i get any extra money from ebay....

I will just have to wait and see how i get on with it all... there is no point in panicing or stressing about it.... as long as all the bills and direct debits get paid then the savings can wait.... yes it is good to have money to cover things that go wrong and to pay insurance in full... its not essential if the worst comes to it and i dont have the money i will have to pay in installments or add it to my debt until i do have the money.

Better go make a start getting ready for work and make something to eat to take with me today to work so i don't spend too much money

Blimey that is a huge amount to find. Good luck! I admire the way you keep on finding it all month after month.

    Hey

I know its alot of money to find but if i'd managed to put away the money i should have at the time i wouldn't have so much to find will just need to wait and see how i get on.

I didn't manage a no spend day yesterday i ended up buying a new dress from the charity shop for £6.55 and it really cheered me up yesterday. It's so pretty and i cant wait to wear it. I don't usually buy dresses or would spend that much in a charity shop on one item but it's such an unusual dress and i don't really have many nice going out clothes so i jsut had to get it. Even my mum said i should buy it and she's worse than me for not spending any money!!!

I was at a BBQ last night at one of my friends houses and am feeling a bit delicate today..... but am not a hundred percent sure its due to the drink i think it might have been the food... just hope that im feeling better soon as we are going out again tonight for dinner with boyfriends parents which is not good news for the diet!! i don't think that last night or today will help with the weight loss but will just need to wait and see!!!

Need to go check my accounts again... i don't really expect much change but i don't want to end up in the same mess i did last month

Well i've checked my accounts and like i suspected there wasn't much of a change. I received £5.58 payment from paypal and my sky payment was only £36.00 instead of the £46.00

I have put the money away for the £20.00 towards the MOT/SERVICING costs for April and i have also manage to round up enough loose change in the house and from my purse to get £5.50 together to pay the FEB ebay payment for my mum.

I've got 16 items currently selling on ebay a the moment for a total of £20.86 so fingers crossed i get some more bids and that will go straight towards some of the outstanding money i need to pay from last month.

Going to go make a start getting ready for tonight... no idea what im going to wear so will probably not get back on to update anything till tomorrow but will try

I need to make time for myself everyday to check my accounts, list some things on ebay and also have at least 15 mins on MSE it doesn't take long to check my accounts but i have neglected it lately and im not as motivated about ebay as i used to be but will need to try harder
