Ha ha, I know, I need to plan, which is exactly why I am ignoring it... It's what I do best, ignore something until it is on top of me, then use all that pent up stress to give me the energy to get it done. Isn't that what everyone does???? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sense is obviously not something that I have

Bleh... why does baby rice work with everyone else and not with MY child?!

We were told this week by HV to start weaning sarah cos she isnt sleeping through and is motioning for us to put food in her mouth when ever we eat infront of her..etc etc... apparently we would be "cruel" and "starving" her if we didnt

So last few days shes had baby rice more often (wed already given her it a few times) and she has her usual hungry baby formula bottle before bed yet is STILL not sleeping........... tonight she took bowl of baby rice and 8oz of hungry baby milk and got put to bed at 9pm finally fell asleep at 10pm...... and has woken twice since to demand boobie juice!!

I dont mind her waking... hell i still wake in the night occassionally wanting a drink! :o But.. what seems cruel to me is she slept through every night sometimes for 10 hours between 6 weeks and 12 weeks old... then for the past 6 weeks shes woke up every night at least twice... :rotfl:

    Morning All

Pleased to hear baby Matthew has had the all clear Lil-me and have a good uneventful weekend away!

Denise - I'm sure you'll have a great weekend with just the two of you and it will be nice to see your 2 older boys.

Johanne - mine never slept through! Hope she didn't wake up again for you.

My list for this morning hopefully is:

Get dressed - always a good thing - I don't want to scare the kids!:rotfl:
    Wash dishes
    HHI
    Do pack ups
    Feed kids
Make sure kids are dressed and ready for school

    Have a good day all

    Morning all

Lilme - lovely news about Matthew!
Dusty - glad the cake was a success

It's seriously chucking it down this morning. I think I'll leave the dog at home today. There's nothing worse that eau de soggy doggy in the office (well, there is, but I won't go there in case you're eating your breakfast as you read this!).

Bits of me are still aching - I really do feel like an old crock! - but not quite as bad as yesterday. Still, it's the weekend tomorrow

    Have a good day ladies

    morning:)

dusty kitten dd fell asleep at 7.30 last night and ds3 about 7.45!:D this meant i went to bed at 9pm!!!!!!!:Tds1 & 2 were still awake but promised to be quiet so mum could get an early night:)

pigpen i didnt have a HV for my youngest two either:D and you are doing so well to go back and do a course, i would love to do that at somepoint! maybe next year when dd is full time at school although the childcare would still be an issue (special needs childcare is non existant round here!)

michelle i def agree with whoever said that you should do what feels right for you and your LO's......throw the textbooks in the bin i say, every child is different!

i will be popping to tesco (again) today to buy enough food to last us until next thursday. i need to get petrol too and an anniversary card for my mum and dad.

kids are all still asleep atm and i am enjoying a nice cuppa. i slept like a baby!:) will finish off lunchboxes in a bit.

must check todays list and see what needs to be done as i am hoping to get some flying in today. need to update banking spreadsheets too and pop to the post office to post orders!

    have a good day everyone:)
