    Anyway, most teachers end up dropping dead within a few years of retirement (so i've been told) so what does it matter when you retire if that is what will happen.

    Thanks to everyone for your ebay tips - have posted 14 items including a go-kart chassis, so if all sells, we should have about £200 :D:D (Operative word there being IF... ) and costs so far (not including Paypal fees and postage) are only £1 with the extra photos I put on for a couple of the big bits

    Apart from that, have done quite a bit, so quite pleased:

    Wednesday Wiiing!- Master Bedroom & Landing
    Fling open the window and let in the Autumnal air (or spring for those 'down under'!)
    Level 2
    15 minutes floordrobe clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
    Clean all paintwork on the landing
    Clean windows in these rooms
    Thursday Thrills- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms
    Level Two
    Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks.. shine the taps with a toothbrush
    Level Three
    Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom..
    defragment your pc while doing this.
    Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
    Collect all the dirty laundry
    Extra mission: Take your pick!
    Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms.
    Fling all those empty bottles and tubes
    Clear a shelf.. clean it.. and make it look nice!
    replace any sponges, flannels, toiletries that need it
    My Extras
    Wipe all the windows in these areas - kitchen
    Wipe out a dirty cupboard in kitchen... get rid of everything you no longer need and make it all pretty and tidy!
    Do mums Yellow Advertiser list
    Put bike on autotrader
    Put kart shell on ebay
    List other stuff on ebay

    So a very productive day after doing sweet bu**er all yesterday...Thanks again guys for all the encouragement and the laughs, they always keep me going.

    Well - I have checked list for tomorrow and I have no spare rooms so I can cross that off ***chortle***and I don't do kids rooms - though I do, on occasion, walk the vacuum through there in order to keep the landing clean:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: IYKWIM so - not yet done. Dining room (aka study) which is hotspot cental AARRGGGHHHHH and my bedroom which is v. tidy and v. peaceful and haven from stresses of the day with clean linen and scented candles (but it wasn't at the beginning of the hols)
    So Friday

    Dining room
    Dust
    Hoover

    My room
    Change bed - replace sheets with fragrant, beautifully ironed clean sheets :p
    Dust
    Hoover

    and change kids beds

    Tag

    Ironing done

    EXACTLY 15 ITEMS oooo errrrr

    also peg out - or dry in TD if can find it in shed :rotfl: towels and duster
