I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

  • OH snoring and I cant sleep!

Thanks Dizzy, I have my 6 parties booked just waiting for taining and kit now.

Not much to report. I think Sept will be classed as a bit of a failiure in the challange. I have cleared OD via cc transfer but thats still £927 when aim was £750. Main extra cost was DD1 school trip £120  . I worked out a rough budget and theres not much left after bills go out :(. The freezer is still well stocked so grocery budget should in theory be much better this month so aim 150-200 this month. Also cc higher than planned as some of last months spending on there. Will use cc to supplemnet monies and clear next month just need to watch it doesnt go mad. Hopefully bit of income from Bodyshop will help as well.

Need to head into head office today 2-3 hour reound trip just to pick up a file. Ive asked OH if he wants to drive so doing that so we can spend a bit of time together.

Hope you all ok and the overdrafts are lower than before

  • Finally got around to tidying the desk and bed room up. Looks so much better. Found a couple of bits I could ebay. Still didnt go through drawers and wardrobe so probably a mix or rubbish and potential sale items there. Brought DS small pressie today (main pressie still a trip to legoland using Tesco vouchers :money: ) along with card and fast car cake that he wanted.

My baby boy is turning 6 tomorrow, he is growing up so fast well all of them actually :rotfl: . I saw a programme about young grannies the other day. If DD1 has a baby at 16 Ill only be 36  . Right now she cant stand the idea but DD2 whos 8 wants one when shes old enough.

Spends today £15 Argos and £22 Tescos. Bowling party tommorrow should be 11 in total including my three and DD1 friend, (thought another older kid would help me and OH out). £99-25 = 74 so not as cheap as I wanted.

Didnt mention that I booked school dinners for all three on Tuesdays. With guides, brownies and me working late I thought it would help but didnt realise there are still 11 school weeks left till xmas so another £66 gone  . This BSAH hobby is gonna need to bring some money in at this rate and not just to recoup the outlay.

Mood as you can probably tell is good today, felt productive which always helps. Been taking the double dose of anti ds so heres hoping not too many downers from now on :o .

  • re thread ttle can you go to original post, edit in advanced and you can do it that way I think?
Good to hear that you got to the docs and hope oh does too...no need to feel low and depressed just because of pride...would have thought he would want to feel better?
Hang in there and hope the bs prties go well and bring more dough in. as for oh's comments all I can say is maybe if he did something to help financially then you wouldnt need to?!

  • Blooming kids DD1 just remended me she doesnt have any school shoes that fit. Another item on the shopping list. Party went well. DS happy with all he presents and the little darling has £40 already. Only 9 instead of 11 so £56 + £10 spends.

  • Hello

Im still here, thank you for asking. Spent £50  at tescos yesterday most of it not food but other bits n bobs we had run out of. OH spent £20 the otehr day so Grocery spend somehow has gone up to £92 already .

Tesco cc came in £909  £280 is the unclaimed dentist bill and £240 will come back via expenses.

Body shop training went really well. I learnt how to do a facial and makeover which was fun and interesting. Kit came yesterday and there is loads of stuff. Its really lovely stuff though I want to keep it all for me! Overwhelming to be honest - need to buy a few more stationery bits and start a spreadsheet to monitor spends and income.

Somehow hava a sore throat and not feeling 100% so with that woke me up and my brain kicked in so cant sleep . Ill want to sleep in a bit and itll be time for work. I have to leave at 7.45 ish today.

Financially I dont think things are as healthy as they could be another thing I need to lok at.

Hope every one else doing ok.

Good luck with the body dhop parties, one of the mums at my dd school does it, she seems to be making money from it.

Hope your feeling better, if ur still poorly make sure you get a check up.

Dont do my trick, sounds so daft, but spent most of tues in tears, it was over the daftest thing, becoz of whats going on with our darling!!!! neighbours, while were waiting for a court date, the police have advised for my own safety not to leave the house or come back to the house without being escorted, so damm stupid, coz Im away at mo, was in tears, think it was the shock of being to go out of the door alone. So stupid,..... but never mind I intend to make the most of the couple of days xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
