Dell 19 inch TFT monitor £131.60 delivered (merged) [CLOSED]

I suspect the Dell person who quoted 'delivery in 3-5 days' to me was probably unaware of the stock situation.

I have my reference number, but no new pdf yet... :rolleyes:

Well I have had the same run around as everyone else but got the PDF was to have the TFT delivered yesterday - when I got home there had been a delivery but the box was only big enough to fit a paperback in ! When I opened the box it contained a copy of Robots print studio ?! Beat that if you can ?
Emailed and someone from India phoned and spoke to my wife today - guess what I have a new order number and the TFT should be shipped in - yep you got it 3 - 5 days. Any explanation regarding the delivery was incomprehensable to the misses.
Still I never paid for the print studio !

This is absolutely ridiculous. Picked up my package from the courier company today and there's only a 19" TFT inside.

psybear - dispite like some kid at the back of the queue just as the ice cream runs out holding my print studio cd and not much else your posting made me chuckle - you can have it if you like it will look wizzo on your 19" screen ?

I dont think peeps will be getting replacements in 2-3 days as quoted by the CS, mine has been in stuck in production and have been told several times its out of stock awaiting new supplies !

I notice that a new entry has appeared on the my original WW tracking info page, it's now showing as booked for R.A. Collection, I assume that stands for 'returns authority'?

does anyone know the time frame for evening deliveries from walsh western? I opted for evening delivery and its still not here at almost 9pm

every time I've gone for a evening delivery its usually been left with the neighbours around lunch time!
