Just had an email from Dell with a new PDF for a E196FP. Don't think the email I sent had anything to do with it though, the order is dated 05/12 on the PDF...

My order status has been "In Production" now for the past 2 days. I can understand that with a new PC but I thought they would just take a monitor off the shelf.

Wow, glad to see more of you guys getting these now.

I got my two E193FPs a while ago and sold them on - didn't like the relatively low resolution on a big screen. Will use the cash for a 20 incher

People have received E193FPs, E196FPs, some lucky people managed to get the superior E1905FP. Some even got a 19" LCD TV!

I too had the mess around with:

Order accepted
Email saying problem with order
Email with new order for 17" screen
Checked delivery date 20th November
It never arrived (no suprise)
Last week an email from a Dell sales chap introducing himself and thanking me for my order so I emailed him back and said I never received an order at all.
Yesterday got my PDF like everyone else for the 19" screen !

Just filled out the order watch system so that they email me when it gets shipped !

Have not received another pdf yet

All I've got from this, is a lot of emails, phonecalls and terrible customer service from Dell.

Has certainly put me off using them again. Unless of course there is a nice wee misprice

All is not lost.

If you received the first pdf, I would keep an eye on your email - they've been sending out the new pdfs for a few days now and I only got mine yesterday. Ther must be a lot of these to process...

I did email them yesterday, but I don't this had anything to do with it - the order was dated 2 days earlier when it came through.
