Just received a pdf myself with the correct details and all this after being told that the order was cancelled. Talk about confusing. Wait and see if they arrive.

I too had thrown in the towel after the 'cancelation' but seeing todays posts thought nothing to be lost by a polite e-mail enquiring if they were now able to fill original order. Reply to effect that order in process followed by pdf re 19" E196FP.

Good news here too.

I ordered 2 of these about 3 weeks ago like everyone else.
Got the original order pdf where it states 17" CRTs
Then got the cancelation / can't fill this order email shortly afterwards.

I did absolutely nothing, no emails, no phone calls, nothing!

2 weeks later (about a week ago) I get a new order confirmation pdf email.
Still says they are 17 CRTs !!!!
2 days later (1st Dec) I get the next cancelation / can't fill this order email for this 2nd order.

Still I do nothing. Well I did several things actually but none of them had anything to do with Dell.

Today I read some of these latest updates to this thread about orders apparently coming through although no email for me.

THEN at just after 5pm I get a phone call from DELL !
Confiming yet another new order.
They just want to confirm delivery address etc.
I ask what is being sent and how many ????
TWO 19 inch super doopers ! E196FP

Should be with me in about 10 days he said.

Then at 18:36 I get the email order pdf confirming everything as per the phone call.

Happy bunnies all round I would suggest !!!!!

I too have just received a pdf confirming an order for my tft despite being told on the phone 2 days ago that I was not receiving anything - how odd. Guess I should just wait and see!!

To people who still got nothing, what have you done to get this as can see people are getting them. I've checked my online status and it says to contact dell about your order as it's not on the system.

Do Dell know what their doing, I emailed them a few days ago and they said my order has been cancelled so I left it at that?

Now I have just received a PDF receipt for a 19" TFT, a E196FP.

YEP JUST GOT THE PDF TOO... Not sure what to do now reject or accept is it a bargain?

£131.60 for a 19" TFT with 8ms response? Even if it doesn't have a digital connection this is still an absolute bargain!
