Checked my email and sure enough there's a new .pdf for 1906's :eek:

Didn't have a PDF at all when I ordered just the intial acknowledgement email. Woman said transaction had gone through and I wll recieve a PDF with my order number on shortly. This was at 1:30, still no email.

I did email Dell last week to ask what was happening though.

They phoned me too.. but was at work. Mum took call. They asked if I knew what I was receiving.. and mum said yes. But they didnt say what it was. So i have No idea what they will send, as their is no PDF

Update.. they just called again to confirm.. its being delivered within 48hours.
1 x 19" TFT.
I also ordered 10, under a different account. Not too sure whether that will get anywhere tho. I know at least 5 mates who would take 1 off my hands for that price.

Unbelievable!!! I just got a PDF for my two screens E196FPs - WAHOOOOOO!!!!! Now I can sell this E173FP and REALLY start playing games
Top marks to Dell for the world's slowest ordering system, but who cares?

Mine is now showing as left Limerick, and the packing slip states quite clearly 2 x E196FP with 3 year replacement warranty!! Fantastic!

Congrats to all peeps who are now getting theirs, unfortunately I was not able to order in time. Better luck next time.

I received the PDF for the 17" CRT monitor a couple of weeks ago but then had the order canceled. As a few lucky people started to receive their monitors yesterday spend a few hours on the phone to Dell. The result? Every time was transferred through to the sales line it order a new monitor

Did Dell automatically just send a new PDF then the monitor or did you have to chase them? Any idea on the name of the person you spoke to?
