Getting the 17 inch picked up today, and the 19 inch delivered tomorrow yay!

Best bet is to use the email for Salome via the web site just make sure that it doesnt bounce back as undeliverable.did for me the 1st time

hi guys...i have been folowwing this thread with a lot of interest, here is my story.

I ordered 2 of these moniotors and recived the pdf a few days later for 2 17 crt`s.

Due to being very busy at work i never did get round to phoning/emailing them. Anyway i thought that was it i wouldnt be getting anything.

All of a sudden, i had messages left for me to contact dell yesterday. I never did but they sent a PDF for 1x 19 tft in the evening.

They just called me again to say it well be delivered tommoro. WOW what strange luck!!

Don't throw in the towel yet.
I'd given up all hope but then, out of the blue this morning, got an email from Dell confirming order of 19" FP monitor and promising delivery next week. :j

Had call from Walsh Western to arrange delivery but when they read out the details the postcode on the delivery address was wrong and they are not authorised to change it. Had to call Dell and told them to send it to the billing address now to avoid confusion. Will probably delay it for a day or two but at least it actually exists and should be with me soon.

oh ok, I'm getting pretty frustrated having ordered this TFT and the 26inch HDTV and having no success with either of them when suddenly it seems a lot of people are. Oh well, good luck with your order too
