right don't you start too - we just had our first baby 2 weeks ago, haven't had much sleep since so sorry for getting excited over 2 monitors - must be the lack of sleep LOL

Oh dear. I know what you're going through.

Cheer up though...my boy's almost eight and still doesn't sleep through the night without us having to get up repeatedly. :rolleyes:

Who in Dell are you sending the email to and what are you saying to them? I had my order cancelled when the wrong pdf arrived at the beginning and i called them.....

I just sent carefully worded and polite email to the usual customer services email address asking if they were able to fulfil the original order yet - after all they did say in one email that the order would be rebooked and a new order number sent to me.

Sometimes I get a reply from them and sometimes I don't...

We'll have to see what happens...

I recieved an order confirmation today for the 19ins tft. Unfortunately i have since bought a flat screen from aldi so I have had to ring and cancel

Sent an email to them, and got a reply in about 2 hours saying it will be passed on to right dept. Just got an email with the PDF and order on it's way.
