I've had that email at the weekend, but I've had another one yesterday morning saying that they will either put another 'equivalent' order through in the next business day OR contact me to discuss. So far they've done neither...0 -
Guy I spoke to today reckons there were 579 orders - I think someone mentioned a similar figure on this thread or the previous one. Sounds a bit low to me.
As before I was told to wait for a callback/email - everyone I've spoken to over the last couple of days have been totally aware of the situation. So I imagine they'll have to achieve some sort of resolution (even if it's just to cancel/refund all orders) otherwise these 500+ people will continue to call them every day...0 -
I've heard nothing else from them since Monday, I think it's time for another email.
What I can't understand is that the email I received at the weekend saying that the order had been cancelled sounded pretty final, it said something like 'I will be unable to help you further with this matter'. However the email I received on Monday said that a new equivalent order would be placed and I would be notified with the new order details, otherwise a Dell agent would call to discuss the matter...0 -

Dell are not known for delivering on time i'm afraid or their customer services come to think of it. I can only say just keep chasing them, good luck!No one said it was gonna be easy!0
