When a system order is released to manufacturing, the material availability is confirmed and all parts needed to complete the system are collected and matched with the system chassis.
An assembly team assembles the parts into a system. This team is responsible for the entire build of the system, which promotes accountability for quality, and pride of ownership.
The system then goes through to testing.

hello, does an one know if the customer service line is open at the weekend, i am too waiting for one, have spoekn to dell and they said tech problem as soon as the tech dept know what is happening then they will contact me, asked when this would be(i rang on thurs) ans she said 48 hrs, hense i need to ring back monday to chase. The amount of times i have been cut off, or on hold for so long are countless. I have emailed 3 depts and not one reply..................0

It looks like your order was put on hold (or possibly cancelled) as it missed the cut-off point. What time did you order? AFAIK Dell have yet to provide a consistent official reponse for orders that did not get to the shipped stage. If you've been charged then keep pressing them for a solution, if not then I don't think you've got much of a chance unfortunately. Then again, you never know with Dell...0 -

Not sure if the lines are open on the weekend, give them a call and see.
They are currently dealing with the first orders where people have received CRTs, it's currently unknown what they're going to do with the rest of the orders.0 -
my email shows the time 7.13Pm hense order place mintues B4, how are they saying some pople do and some people dont......0
