I never went to work today as got up late...OOOOPPPSSSS....couldn't get to sleep last night...wish I could get to sleep.
Will have to go tomorrow whatever time I get up...LOL...
The taxis are quite quiet but it should be alright on the nights over the weekend.
As for going Athletic...I think I need to as giving up smoking has given me too much energy so I need to use it up so that I can sleep.
Not done much really washing etc and nipped out to get some dog food.Really must get back to work.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble sleeping - is it a side effect of the tablets maybe? Hope work is busy for you over the weekend.

Have you heard anymore from your son? x

Hi Penguin..no we haven't heard anything from him.I don't think it's listed as a side effect...it's probably because smoking 40 a day for all those years that there was no oxygen in my body..lol

  • Hi taxi, i think insomnia is catching....i didn't get off until 3 am this morning. Have decided to invest in a better matress and new pillows. I went testing today, and lol didn't want to get off the one we have chosen. It was so comfortable each side has its own tension! I could have nodded off there and then, and the best of it is it doesn't move just is so relaxing..and the pillows, i bought some very expensive dunlop ones..and they are the bees knees. I can't wait for the matress to come, but i took the pillows with me. So after the past couple of weekends i think i will be down to porridge for the next couple of months until it is paid off. Thank God for interest free.........will run and hide now!

That sounds like a nice mattress. and if it's needed it's needed.I had a very poor sleep again and woke up aching from neck down to tailbone.I have to phone the phusio tomorrow as got a letter yesterday asking me to phone them to arrange an appointment.
Can't see mine being the mattress as it's only about 12 months old and is an orthopaedic one and it's really deep...don't know why it's so bad.

  • You definately need to do something about that back. I used to have a sealy posturepaedic(sp?) one on the old bed..and it was comfortable to degree..my sister has something similar to you and after years of goingto chiropracters, the last one sussed it as one leg shorter than the other and her whole body had overcompensated..since having an insert in one shoe..it has improved but it will never be quite right.
