    That sounds really painful..and it may be worth sleeping with pillows under legs to help tension and things. My sister found that an air matress was excellent until she got her new one, but struggled in a morning getting off it. Hope it has eased a bot during the day.

    Gosh Taxi, the bad back sounds awful - let's hope that they get to the bottom of it. A week is a long time to wait for the appointment though.

    Paying off 25k this year is fantastic - well done! I'm in awe.

    Seriously think a massage would help ease the pain a bit as when your back is bad you overcompensate so all the muscles go out of sync and in spasm...being a hypocryte though as I didnt do acupunct or massage as planned last week lol! well done on the debt busting..amazing...

    Have you tried Syndol tablets Taxi - work well for muscular tension pains.
