Don't worry I won't be having a cig.Not craving one or anything like that.
for some reason I feel really nervous like something is going to happen IYSWIM but I don't know what ...
  • Taxi its no wonder you feel a bit wobbly...while you dont see to be able to see it youve had an awful lot to deal with of late. Dealing with debt is exhausting on its own without all the other stuff and maybe its all caught up a bit. Please be gentle with yourself and give yourself some tlc.
Re the giving up smoking it would be a good idea, if you can, to take up a hobby that uses your hands - even if its just something like doing puzzles - keep those hand busy and of course theres always typing on here!! With champix are you allowed nicoteine replaements? I find the lozenges invaluable for those times when I could kill for a ciggy...hang in there - you will feel better for it. I also had alot more dreams when I gave up and sleeping was difficult for the first few weeks - think I read somewhere that its something to do with brainwaves...

Thanks ISOM..think you're on to something there. It's probably everything catching up with me.I haven't been to work for a week so am not stressing myself out that way.I am allowed nicotine replacement with them but didn't take them up on them.I had a couple of strange dreams last week but none since x
