Well what's going on with the Halifax explains a lot...LOL..doing what they did to me X thousands of other customers doesn't make good business sense after all. then....what a shame for them..not!!!!....they even lied to the bitter end saying that they had plenty of money eh...arrogant gits...no wonder they haven't answered my complaint...ahh well...so pleased it's happened to them!!!0

It could only be a problem if you have more than £35000 per person in there.............don't suppose that applies to any of usSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

No but it just shows what they are like..lying all the time and getting the media to cover their backs probably so that they didn't have a run like NR...the truth was outed after the deal strangely...Halifax (and any other bank that treats their customers with contempt) absolutely deserve to go under.
If I could get by in life with no bank account then I most certainly would.I'm still working on that one but don't think it's a possibility ....I'd rather stash my cash at home and take that risk....lol...
Theres that many anti laundering laws now that I think it's near on impossible...
I have never hated anyone as much as I hate Halifax.I've never had a charge from them ever but could well have gone bankrupt with their antics.0 -
oo taxi i bet you have been smiling all day. Still they are sneaky boogers aren't they? You definately had the last laugh with them.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I am really happy..though I don't agree that LLoyds should be allowed to take them over as that makes Lloyds too big.
They are that much up their own asses the CEO was a victim of fraud from his own bank...that had me in stitches the other week...LOL..
Karma...I knew when they did that to me that something serious must be going down but the thing I can't stand is that I could've ended up in serious mess because of them..that I will never ever forgive them for....I needed to find nearly £2k in 7/8 days...or else I'd have charges coming out of my ears because of them..I really hate them.
I hate the government for letting them lie all day as well and putting this package together to save them against monopoly rules and yet monopoly rules say that BAA(I think it is) have to sell an airport as they have too large a monopoly.
The government do what they want when they want sod anyone else!!!
Rant over..I so hate this country x0 -
Perhaps all the unhappy customers should write and pm Martin with this. He was on the Jeremy vine show on radio 2 today with a bigwig in the share industry..they were talking about this and it would be interesting to put other points of view and see if they squirm.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
