I've had enough of O2.

After waiting this long, a package arrived today and yep, you guessed it, it only contained ONE charger!!! I then rang them up and they checked both of my phone numbers and insisted they've sent out two seperately and it should arrive "soon".

I then told him to quote me the order number for both chargers and he quoted me the SAME order number and he didn't even realise he did this! So after pointing it out to him and being on hold for a few minutes, he said he'll put another order through which will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday.

They just can't seem to get anything right!!!!

gaahmad----I've noticed this last couple of weeks they have been very poor. I've not been able to access the site for days and despite numerous emails I only received an answer today. Not very good!
My sister was to have received her phone on Tuesday and today when she phoned to ask where it was they told her that a charger had been sent out yesterday, but there's no sign of it. They said that she didn't receive the promised exchange as they had made the mistake with over 200 orders! :eek:

i gave up and got a charger off ebay for now. i'll chase them for a replacement in my own time.

Still no confirmation email and the phone has'nt arrived, I guess next is to contact the card isuer to see if it was ever processed. Not impressed so far.
