The address to send it back to is a FREEPOST address, so it won't cost a penny to send it back.
I received the following email from them:
"I am sorry that you received the wrong mobile phone chargers.
Please contact our Returns department on 08702 250 208 for help
regarding this matter."0 -

Yes but the problem is that it will take 21 days to get a replacement.0 -
I have bought a charger from ebay. Is anyone else doing this?0

i just got off the phone to them. (not reruns dept but online sales)
they have sent me two replacement phones when i get them i need to send these ones back0 -
I phoned them again today and they told me to call Customer Services. I called Customer Services and they told me to buy the chargers from an O2 store and then fax them the receipt and they'll refund me the amount onto my card in 21 days! Seems a long winded way of sorting out this problem!!0

Could you post the number for Online Sales please?
Also what did you say to them? They told me to send the phones back first and then they'll send a replacement, just wondering how you got around this.
Thanks.0 -
After being variously sent around different deparments on the phone, I eventually spoke to the Returns Department.
They advised me that this is a recognised issue affecting a large amount of orders. It has apparently happened before. Told me that when they have correct chargers in, they will send out to all customers. So, it is not necessary to send phone back. Said it would take a week or so.
In the meantime I have ordered charger from ebay - always good to have a spare anywayWaddle you do eh?0 -
I phoned the returns dept. yet again and this time they said they'll send me 2 new phones and chargers. When the delivery guy comes, he'll give me the new phones and I'll have to give him the old ones, a straight swap. This should all be done within the next 48 hours (starting from tomorrow). I found that this was the quickest method available. The other option they gave me was to buy my own chargers, at my own expense!!0

I phoned the returns dept yesterday and they told me the same, that a new phone would be sent and I should give the original one to the courier.
My new phone arrived today! :j0 -
I bought the phone on saturday, got an out of stock email on Sunday, a despatch e-mail monday, phone came today but still wrong charger!0
