    The phone usually arrives the day after you order it.
    Anyway, you can use it for a week or so before sending it back and you might be pleasantly surprised. I am having no problems at all. It's a super phone.

    After waiting in 2 days for the courier to replace my phone with a different one, with the correct charger, O2 phoned me yesterday and said they are not going to collect the phone now. Instead they'll send me 2 new chargers, which should arrive within 72 hours and I can "throw the other ones away", lol, as if!! I just hope they turn up soon, as I've been unable to use/test my phones.

    Has anyone got the number for the Returns Dept? I was given it earlier in the week, but can't find it. Callled O2 Customer Services, but no one seems to know what it is now!

    the second two phones i received were in samsung boxs, whereas the first two were not.
    does this mean they were not really refurbs??

    Mine was in the original box but it came with the wrong charger. That would suggest that it was refurbished.
