    For your info:

    The D500 charger is the standard charger that also covers E700 and loads more.

    E720 is a separate charger

    E530 is a seperate charger.

    Got mine today. Same problem with too narrow charger.

    Yes! I've had the same problem. Have you emailed them? I have but no reply!

    Yes, I've emailed them but haven't had a reply either.

    I rang the returns number and they advised me to hold onto the phone until Monday and call back on Monday, when they should have an answer. He said "the management - people who can make decisions - don't work weekends" so I'd have to wait until they come in on Monday to decide what to do.

    He said what they'll probably do is just send out new chargers, which will be easier than sending the whole phone package back and then sending me a another phone witht he correct charger.

    I received a reply to my email. They have told me to send the whole lot back and that they will replace the order but it will take about 21 days! :eek:

    As someone pointed out the 'Standard' Samsung charger (which it sounds like they've thrown in) won't work on an E720, as Samsung changed the charger. The charger you have been sent will be for the D500, A300, E700 etc.

    It will be cheaper to buy a charger off ebay rather than send the whole parcel back!

    got mine (2) today - on sunday!!

    same problem ith charger.

    was a bit surprised not to get any headphones with it - esp as it is an mp3 plyer phone.
