What I meant by cosmetic damage was that a new bumper, wing and headlight was needed i.e. no chassis or mechanical damage.The puppetmasters create "disorder" so the people will demand "order"0 -

Surprisingly, people seem to get injured much more easily than they used to, despite cars supposedly being much safer.0 -
