what? the ones you no doubt ticked to say you agreed with when you booked?

gosh, when you have a court date can you let us know please, I could do with a good day out :)

    Blah blah blah ..........................

YES THE BOX I TICKED BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE AN UNFAIR T/C LAWFUL, NOW CAN YOU GET YOUR HEAD AROUND THAT???

THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AGREED TO THE BANKS T/Cs BUT HAVE HAD THERE MONEY BACK FOR CHARGES, HAVE THEY NOT?

IF CONTRACTS WERE SO BINDING THERE WOULD BE VERY LITTLE NEED FOR COURTS.

I AM NOT SAYING I HAVE A CASE OR NOT BUT AM ASKING FOR CONSTRUCTIVE POSTS THAT GIVE SOME ADVICE AND OPINION THAT IS RELEVANT, LIKE THAT OF MARKYMARKD. I DON'T MIND WHICH SIDE OF THE FENCE IT COMES ON AS LONG AS IT IS CONSIDERED AND RELEVANT.

AM ASKING FOR CONSTRUCTIVE POSTS THAT GIVE SOME ADVICE

    advice,

1 - accept that you made a mistake

2 - accept the terms and conditions that you ticked

3 - if you don't agree with them, as you now seem not to, you shouldn't have gone ahead and booked your flight

    4 - pay the difference

PJB, Can't you just hold your hands up because you know it's you that made the mistake, NOT Easyjet.

Surely once you had filled the forms in, you can see everything throughout the process once more before you submit?

If you make a mistake, you have to pay a price to get the details amended.

Come on, how hard is it to type a couple/few names into the boxes and how hard is it to check everything over before you pay?!

I dont know for definite that it was my mistake, but do accept this is most likely. See post #41.

It is the price i have to pay that i believe is unfair.

Regarding how hard... if you search this site and other similar sites, it may be hard to believe but people do make mistakes. Otherwise why would they put rubbers on pencils! (taken from another post)

You do know for definite that it was your mistake ~ you used a form filler which entered one name more than once and didn't look over your booking before submitting it.

Surely to God, you can see it is you at fault, so pay up and let it be a lesson to you to check, double check and triple check major details before submitting to pay for something.

How much would you have lost if you hadn't noticed your mistake and only noticed on the day of your flight?! A whole lot more than £40, so I don't know why you think that charge is so unfair.

On post #31 and #35 you have said the amount is £40, so if it's not £40, what it is?!
