I WILL REPEAT THIS AGAIN AS SOME ARE A BIT SLOW ON THE UPTAKE:
JUST BECAUSE THE T&CS SAY SOMETHING IN A CONTRACT DOES NOT MAKE IT LAWFUL, ie: IF IT IS UNFAIR.
HOW CAN IT BE FAIR TO LEVY MORE THAN JUST AN ADMIN CHARGE (ie:FARE DIFFERENCE) TO CHANGE THE NAME ON A TICKET TO THAT OF MY WIFE, CORRECTING A MISTAKE/ERROR NO MATTER WHOSE FAULT.

You really seem to have chip on your shoulder, and even more so, because people don't agree with you.

personally i see the problem is that you are annoyed that YOU made a mistake, and YOU didn't check correctly

So your now taking it out on others on the board, good luck in your court case, although i guess that your not going to be able to talk to a judge as you have spoken to some people on this forum.

I'm starting to think these easyJet rip-off postings are actually Michael O'Leary in disguise!!!

The pendulum is certainly swinging away from Ryanair rip-offs!

What I can't really understand is why folks come on here bleating that the charges are 'unlawful' rather than just slap a claim in the SCC?

But I suppose we should be grateful so many are vowing 'never to fly with them again'! More cheap seats for the rest of us.

The 1st person to be rude was phatboy, in calling me stupid. i retorted and he took it further, read the posts.

I have tried time amd time again to explain and if some people/you cannot get it then i have neither the patience and/or inclination to explain again.

I have been rude to people here, not just because they disagree with me, as you suggest but because of the above!

Perhaps pretentious and self righteous people should avoid MSE.

Explain what, there is nothing to explain

YOU made a mistake,

and YOU do not agree with the terms and conditions that you ticked.

Take them to court, do whatever you want i personally dont' care.

Yet people have explained it to you, but you just don't seem to get it as well.

You just don't want to pay up.....................

No i have not re-claimed any bank charges, because i have never needed to.

and in putting the wrong name on flight tickets

are 2 totally different subjects

which you can't compare

mistakes cost and at the end of the day you made a mistake
