I need some help with a recipe - I'm making kiwi muffins - can someone convert this from cups into ozs or something for me?

2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

It's from the Grocery Challenge, I've copied and pasted for you!

KIWI MUFFINS -makes 12
preheat oven to 200

1. 2 cups plain flour
2. 1tbs baking powder
3. 3/4tsp salt
4. 1/3 cup sugar
5. 1/4tsp cinnamon
6. 1 egg
7. 1 cup milk
8. 1/4 cup oil -i used sunflower
9. 3 kiwi -peeled and mashed

• mix 1-5 in a bowl
• mix 6-8 in a jug and then add to dry mix and stir to combine -don't over mix
• stir in mashed kiwi
• divide into 2 muffin cases and bake for 20 mins

What Friday list I thought it only went up till Thursday :eek: Friday was my day of rest even though I hadn't officially started.... What have I let myself into

Hi Laura :hello: You haven't failed - you did one thing on the list, and that deserves a celebratory galss of wine!

Friday is usually the kids' rooms, so if you haven't got any, or like me, they're big enough to do their own rooms, then you can have the day off!

I hate to break this to you but .......we have a weekend list too! But that is optional!
