Thanks for the encouragement everyone - tbh Lucielle this is my third serious attempt at weight loss and for some reason it has just clicked and I have no idea why or what is different this time round - really glad that it is working though!
News this week not majorly exciting but that is fine with me! Lost another 2lb at SW this week taking weight loss to 2st 6lbs now so really, really hoping to get 2 1/2 stone award next week!
Course is going well so far - got really good feedback for my second assignment and have my first face to face tutorial tomorrow - getting nervous, feels like first day of school!
Have been making a huge effort on the house this week after work and it starting to come together - still a long way to go but definately up for visitors now (so long as they dont open a drawer or cupboard door!)
Kids, OH and horse all well - kids loved the snow this week - horse did not and point blank refused to come out of her stable - cant say I blame her tbh!
Managed to pay exactly 500.00 off MBNA last month by paying 15.00 everyday and one extra payment of 35.00. I have upped the payments to 18.00 a day for this month which should mean I pay off 504.00 this month and it should hopefully be gone by the end of April if I can keep it up.
Nothing much more to report than that. Hope everyone is ok - off to carry on with the housework now - dont know whats come over me! x x x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Well done on the weight loss..you are doing fantastic. What bit of the SW plan are you following.
Good luck with your course and a extra well done on all the housework..tidy house equals tidy mind so they say!!!...
It's surprising how the payments mount up on a payment a day..you'll soon have rid of your MBNA card.0 -
I cant wait till the MBNA card is gone - they are really horrible!
I have been following the original/green plan - I tend to lose more weight on the original days. I tried to follow the new Extra Easy for 2 weeks but didnt get good results I think because I was stuffing myself silly on too many carbs! I have started cooking much more than I used to as well and I think that has helped as I dont seem to get bored with what I am eating.
Tidy house tidy mind I like that - I must admit it feels a lot 'calmer' now that I can move around the house without fear of breaking my neck on something!

Thanks for letting me know.Think I'll stick to red/green day plans as well when I start next week.My worst problem is what to have for lunch when out at work may just have fruit and muller light everyday.
I really want to totally declutter my house..think I would've done it ages ago if the council still collected all rubbish but as it is I had a bit of room in the grey bin this week so sorted my knicker and pj drawers..it's a start.I hate moving stuff to clean up and put it back in the same place makes the job too much work.0 -
If anyone wants to tidy up my bedrm, plz feel welcome, I've got presents down one side of the bed, glad I dont need anything from the wardrobe, the bookcase and unit need de cluttering, and the side of the bed I get in, thats full of OU stuff.
On the positive I did de clutter half of my built in wardbrobe, (shoes and the junk shelf!!). I keep a pr smart trs and top in built in wardrobe incase of going out, then pile of clothes on box at end of bed, there the daily comfort clothes.
After that confession I need to book a couple of days to declutter!! xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Evening all - hows the decluttering going? My house is looking a mess again as I have barely done a thing all week!
Not much exciting to report but I am going to bore you all silly anyway! Lost 2lbs at SW on Weds so got my 2 1/2 stone award and total weight loss is now 2st 8lbs - yeay!
Took DD to the cinema yesterday to see Bolt which she enjoyed but my god - its years since Ive been and did not realise how expensive it was nowadays, we have a sports and social club in work for about 6.00 a month and you get really good discounts on stuff like the cinema, thatre, zoo etc so I am going to work out if it will be worth it to join.
Letter of mortgage company today to say the monthly payment is dropping again which is good news. Interest rate is now 2.74% for a sub prime mortgage!
Bad news - a debt that I had completely forgotten about randomly popped up today - its with a debt collecter and luckily is fairly small (800.00) so will pay them 100.00 a month to get rid but arrgghh - hopefully there is nothing else I have forgotten about. Have managed to negotiate a F+F with one of OH's debts that is with a debt collector for 46% (accepting 1200 to settle) just waiting to confirm in writing and they are letting us pay over 6 months so 200.00 a month not too bad.
Plan for the next 7 days (lets see if I can stick to it)
1 - Get back up to date with OU
2 - Declutter one room - living room (AGAIN!)
3 - Work out budget for rest of month
4 - Lose 2lbs at SW
Thats it for now - hope everyone is well x x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Great news on the weight loss, I'll be asking you for tips the weight is the next issue to deal with.
Gave up on the tidying up, been doing OU and now got dd off school with German Measles, all fun and games.
Glad dd enjoyed bolt, did you see the 3d version, I took dd yesterday, she loved it, I liked it, but have to confess I absolutely loved Hotel for Dogs. Dont knwo if you have got a nus card, if you go to the cinema u pay childs rate. I know the card is £10,is £10, but I've saved that £10 over and over again. We did the film mse as used the Orange 241 code..........it does get expensive the cinema, esp if popcorn and drinks are included!!!xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
