Hi penguin ...glad to hear everything sounds great at your end.Great news on the weight loss and paying £15 p/d challenge.
The more kids you have ..the easier they are to look after IYSWIM....The eldest 3 ...i had in 3 years..so 3 under 3 at one time and then I had a girl 18 months later and another girl 18 months later ...I had 5 under 7 at one timeand it was quite easy looking after them as they have each other to play with...

Thanks everyone - Taxi you must have been run ragged when yours were little!

Bob - I am definately over thinking it I know I am!

Its nice to hear of everyones stories and plenty of food for thought.

Other news - well not much at the minute. OH has been working part time for the last few weeks which is saving us money wierdly. He has to pay settle for each shift he works plus fuel and it has been so quiet that he has been making a loss in the week so he is just doing Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun (which in fairness is still 42 hours a week so not quite part time)

My new bank account appeared on internet banking this morning so that is ready to go for next month - I am leaving enough money in my original account to cover all direct debits and bills and transferring the rest into my new account for debt payments and food. OH earnings then have to cover nursery, horse and fuel. Hopefully it will make budgetting easier so I dont overpay the debts and then forget to leave enough for the bills.

Have had horrific headaches the last few days which I think is a combination of eye strain and lack of sleep (even though I am on the computer at 1am!) so I am going to take work up on the free eye test as I have never had one and try at least once a week to be in bed before 11 and 4 times a week before 12 and 2 times a week before 2 (I am a terrible sleeper).

Have to finish my OU assignment tomorrow night and I am out with work for a meal tomorrow too so no drinking for me - someone better organised than me would have had it finished by now!

Hope everyone is well - off to bed in a min, catch up soon xx

Hope you manage to get some sleep...I need to get back into English time as going to work Sat ..hopefully.
Funny enough I wasn't run ragged with 5 kids as they sort of entertain themselves..I find one grandson harder to look after as I have to constantly entertain him.

Hi all - OU assignment all done and dusted and submitted 3 days early which is so unlike me - must be getting organised in my old age. The stuff for the next course has arrived so have 2 weeks to get sorted with that before it starts.

Almost nothing to report on the money front apart from have been keeping up my daily payments to MBNA - have about 60.00 left in my bank account for the 4 days of daily payments before I get paid - hows that for budgetting!

Hoping to get a few days off work soon to catch up on some housework but in case I dont I have joined flylady for this week - that should be interesting!

Hope everyone is well - off for bath and then get everything ready for another week of nursery/school and work! x x

Evening all - havent been here for a few days as computer died but is all up and running again now - yeay!

Pay Day tomorrow and its been a long time coming - actually looking forward to the 1st so I can change my sig after the big payments have come out!

Taxi - just noticed your sig - your figures are looking really good - well done. I am studying for a Law degree, have just had the dates through for the face to face tutorials and the first one is a week on Saturday - eek.

Nearly forgot to add - I lost 3lbs this week at Slimming so my total is 2st 4lbs missed my target of 2 1/2 stone by the end of Jan but it was my own fault (and McDonalds!) so cant complain really.

As its nearly the end of the month Ill put my Feb targets down in black and white

1 - Pay 500.00 off MBNA by paying 18.00 per day to them.
2 - Lose 8lbs bringing my total loss to 2st 12lbs (would love to get to 3stone but think that will be March rather than Feb!)
    3 - Pay 1250.00 off debt altogether.
4 - Completely clear and sort hall - this wont take a month but lets not overface!
5 - Complete the 2 assignments that are due in this month on time and get up to date with the notes (ie actually make some)

Thatll do for this month and covers all the areas I am working on.

Well the quick update turned out a bit longer then expected but never mind.

    See you soon x x
