  • Thanks Olive I was so fed up with the filing I didn't notice your reply, I have three left who are all pretty miserable with their him. They are fab pets I think.

I like the sound of Marmalade too Bob, They really are very very smart and I do get very attached. i think once this lot leave me I won't have any more. It break my heart too! They get so ill as well, it all gets very worrying! and I couldn't do thing afterwards on Sunday or even Monday!

I spoke to my boss today which was good cos he is very positive and up beat we aren't changing as much as I thought we were and I don't need to have quite as much finished as I thought!

I was thinking about 2012 and how it would be good to be off work - you know teachers summer and what have you and then I realised that would mean I'd still be a teacher !! not sure about that.....

Although I am looking forward to this tutoring job I go for my training friday! so that is good.

my tummy hurts. I am in a better mood today. Opticians said I don't need new glasses, the bank tried to offer me all sorts - actually I got a good BT deal that I might use once I have had a good look at the currrent CC - after the vets on sunday I might have trouble paying it off!

Now I need to collect all my school stuff from down stairs and do more filing and sorting. and try not to panic about the coursework I haven't marked.

  • So today not going so good. I still feel a bit sick think I might have to go to the Doctors which is impossible here. but hey ho.

Today my list looks like this,

    1. paint my mirror frame,
    2. finish off the hall (only taken a year),
    3. print out lessons for school,
    4. organise folders for school, get ready for school,
    5. give out Avon books.

    (maybe clearout wardrobe. hmmmm. )

its alot but some of its quick. well it won't be if I stay here!

  • Well i managed to do the hall and then threw my guts up! bit of a relief to be honest, feel better but utterly worn out and my back (randomly) is killing me.

I must go into school tomorrow finish my displays then meet a friend for lunch and another friend for dinner. not very MSE. but I want to see both of them. really should be sitting upstairs printing out stuff but now too tired. so might do my OU tonight instead.

  • I wish I could the Open University books were as interesting as reading the Forums.

I honestly was going to get the ou stuff and then suddenly its 11.15 and I haven't moved!

This is my whole problem with all my plans. I want to do stuff but I get distracted so incrediably easily.

I am nearly going to bed but no doubt some thing will catch my eye.

    sighs.

You've done the hall hun, you need a rest, not another job :D

    Does the hall look nice?
If it were me, I'd sit with a glass of something admiring the work done. :D not beating myself up because of not doing another job.

And do go and see a doctor, I'm currently planning on knitting a few matinee jackets (hideous things really :rotfl: ) if you keep being sick ;)
  • Hey Im a newbie but just wanted to say Congrats on your diary :) Its really inspiring

  • Hello People,

Well, I went for my tutor training today, and she asked me about working Saturdays.

I am thinking yes to be honest money is good and I don't do anything saturday mornings anyway.

But I must finish OU work this weekend, I don't think she opens tomorrow - it starts next weekend. So I will think carefully this weekend and let her know on tuesday.

I must stick to the plan tho. of working late and tutoring. sighs. no fun Buffy.

In other news I went out today after my tutoring to do my traditional pre school hand bag and shoe shopping.

    Old Buffy
I hate my job it sucks I deserve new shoes and bag.

    New Buffy
Well ok old shoes smell bad and bag does not hold planner thingy. will look.

    Old Buffy
OOOooo look at shoes patent heel shiny pretty and only 70 quid.

    New Buffy
The patent will split, they cost 70 quid!!!! forget it.

    Old Buffy
Handbag in fancy shop, Fiorelli brand(however you spell it) so lovely, perfect bag, so spacious and clearly worth the 45 quid.

    New Buffy
!!!! off the lining is cheap and the zip will break and hello you just turned down a bag in new look for having "naff" zips on the front.

    Old Buffy
    But I hate my job!

    New Buffy
And you can't leave till you get out of debt so get a grip 45quid! those days ARE GONE.

Trots off to next shop - nice man runs it and shows me range of sale bags - 20 quid.

    Old Buffy
    OOoooo nice. starts to drool.

    New Buffy
It has a leopard skin linning and is covered in leather circles and its so cheap the handles don't match the bag.

    Old Buffy
humph. New shoes - off to clarks, such good value. and shiny. I want shiny.

    New Buffy
Hello no money to spend 70 quid on shoes or forty quid on shoes. (they were both lovely, I really did nearly break there.)

    Old Buffy
    going to New Look. sulking.

Where I bought 1 pair of shoes - 15 quid and a lovely bag for a tenner.

    am genuis.
