Hi Buffy
Lots of these :grouphug: ... and a tiny bit of a shake to say stoppit-and-give-your-brain-a-break.
I think you're right not to focus so much on the date, you're on the way and you need to have a life in the meantime. Progress not perfection (as FlyLady says
). Have a fab time away next weekend, don't take any work or any DF stuff with you, just go and be Buffy with your best mate.

Ah Buffy, hope you have a good weekend away, if anyone deserves it you do. Sorry work has been such a pain this week, was it any particular issue or just one thing after another.
I know the school by us there cutting the budget for teachers, one of the older teachers (shes 60)shes gone part time, and her new counterpart is a lower grade pay, so they save money.
Just remember that each day is one more day of your debt, one more day nearer to that debt free lifestyle where your in control. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hello all!
I am back, I had a really good tiring time - she has four kids and is pregnant although trying to help her/get her to take it easy is IMPOSSIBLE.
I cannot believe I make such a fuss about my life (I mean yes my job is !!!! but I do have time to myself) She is always on the go, knackered ill whatever she cannot have a day off EVER. its mad. really really mad. I mean her house isn't perfect but the kids are all lovely, all fed, clean, lovely lovely kids.....
So you know feeling suitably humbled I am just going to suck it up. I unpacked, got my stuff ready for work and am now just going to finish some work.
so I shall see you all later xxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

Buffy, as you say, just keep going at work.
There are a few supply teachers or partners of, on the boards and it does seem that there is very little supply work about. I think some schools are employing supply teachers direct, rather than go through an agency and have to pay more
Hope this week is better :kisses3:Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -

Yep that was pretty much what I had found at after asking around everywhere (old agencies and a couple of supply teachers at work who cannot get regular work )
So in trying to get over this hump I have set myself a new challenge.
For the next 18 weeks I shall focus on getting rid of my CC debt.
I have a headache right now so am taking a computer break and shall be back later with plans!!
