Hi saraton14 My wife & I did Kleneze for just under a year to pay for our wedding, but we did'nt get that far but we did manage to pay for our honeymoon to Austria (£3000+) well worth it

    Hi there,

It's a pity you gave Kleeneze up - just think how much you could be earning now and what you would do with the extra cash. You obviously know it is worth doing if it paid for your honeymoon. If you ever want to get started again e mail me sarah.pugh1@ntlworld.com

  • Hi, I held an Ann Summers party tywo years ago, with a twist. I can't tell you what that twist was on here but contact me directly and I'll tell you. What I can tell you is that on the Monday Ann Summers gave their reps a challenge and on the Wednesday (my party was on the Tuesday night)the rep did nothing other than turn up, and she had a sale of over £750 and was emailed by a director congratulating her on being the first rep in the UK to reach that perticular target. I think it is possible to make a lot of extra cash but it might not be easy cash.

    Hi

Great idea to research this... I am looking for something extra to help the credit card bills... but due to working full time I was thinking of something that I can do when I have time instead of fixed days. I work shifts so the days rotate and are not the same each week. I don't know if I would be cut out for 'repping' at a party, but if anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.

  • Hi Everyone,

I recently started doing Pampered Chef Party Plan. Start up kit was £90 but worth £240. I earned that back in my first two Kitchen Shows I did. It's very good quality American Kitchen goods. I get 20% of the sales, money is taken on the night. I then bank it and put the order through online. The money I bank is usually well cleared before they take it out of my account. The goods are shipped directly to the host of the show and she/he has to distribute it. I basically do a cookery demonstration in the hosts home and they then get to eat it at the end, whilst they are doing they're ordering.

So far it has been very successful. I've now done 6 shows and love it. You do have to buy extra catalogues etc but they are not expensive. You can buy a statonery kit at a reduced cost which also includes small items to use as prizes. I can also buy kit at a reduced cost or earn products free buy reaching targets. If you want to know more, then please do email me mandie_dunning@hotmail.com or take a look on https://www.pamperedchef.com

Rather than doing parties I was looking at trying to earn money by doing surveys online. Not anything too ambitious - seeking to earn £50-£100 per month with view to having a more affluent xmas 2006 than 2005 is promising to be. Have listed with several sites so far but if anyone knows any good ones that pay well would be v. grateful for the hint.
  • Im throughly interested in AS after this post, if anyone can give me more details on any money making ideas with low intial outlay please get in touch.
    Thanks
  • I'm also very interested in doing body shop at home now!

  • just want to clarify some things-

Jake i have been to 2 ann summers party's in the last 6 weeks held with different orrganisers and unless i drempt them i paid both on delivery, just because they tell you its cash on night doesn't mean it happens, people feel more secure that way, who is to say they are not "rouge traders" and do one with the money. This is the way alot of reps do it because you never know how much you are going to spend, If i only went with £50 and wanted £80 worth of stuff it wouldn't be much good for the rep.

Robert- you asked why i put in another persons territory, sorry but i didn't make myself clear, i was given 4 streets on my estate as my terrirory, posted them all took orders, and then found a woman on my doorstep giving me abuse saying i "stole" from her, It turned out she lived her over 5 years ago but because this perticular customer was a big orderer (excess of £50 a month) she kept her on for herself  . No one told me this, and the customer had no comlaints for me taking the order.

AS seems the best one to take, esp in these colder months, i know i would prefer to sit inside a warm house than on the streets walking round.

Just re-read this and i think it could be construde as being abit as though i was having a dig back, i assure you i am not, just wanted to show you, as much as they like to think they are, MEN are never right :p:D
