The pay is £6 per hour, allthough the hours are only between
4pm-11pm monday to friday and 3pm-11pm saturday and sunday.0 -
i have just spoken to live help and explained the hours i could work and they said that as they are a 24hr operation it shouldnt be a problem.
Is this just a way of getting me to apply?0 -
So could someone explain the exact procedure of applying?
by that i mean after you have sent the application off, what happens?
Is the group interview online or over the phone?I do not quite understand how it works over the phone!
If someone could explain that would be fantastic.
many thanks0 -
I have just been on live help and told the following:
The hours of operation is 5:00 PM-11:00 PM British Summer Time, 7 days per week.
The agents will work for at least 2.5 to 4 hour shifts, 5 days per week, for a total of 20 hours per week.0 -

Movingon, that info is somewhat correct.
As Oliver has said above (and both Oliver and I work for Teletech), hours of operation for the position are Mon-Fri anytime from 4pm-11pm, then Sat & Sun anytime from 3pm-11pm.
Most shifts you work will be split shifts so you could so the 2.5hr, then have a break and do the 4hr. It all depends on the staffing requirements of the client. You would get your full schedule during nesting.
Weekends are mandatory, with 2 days off during the week.
The minimum hours per week are 20, up to a max of 32.0 -

At recruitment stage, you can advise your recruiter of your availability and they would TRY to work around that.
The only thing that you can't work around is the fact its evening work.0 -
im a little gutted about that as i could offer a least 8 hours a day in which i can work, i just cannot offer nights.0

That's a shame 'cos it really is a great job!
Maybe one day they will introduce daytime hours (I hope they do!) but for the time being, the client only requires us of an evening.0 -
There was a very short period when we got offered day hours as overtime-not sure if there was an issue in one of the other centres or if it was a trial but they were very popular
TT don't seem adverse to the idea so maybe one day.
