There was a very short period when we got offered day hours as overtime-not sure if there was an issue in one of the other centres or if it was a trial but they were very popular :) TT don't seem adverse to the idea so maybe one day.

Hi Duchy *wonders she has spoken to Duchy in the chatrooms*

My TL sent out an email a few weeks ago asking if anyone would be interested IF day time hours became available. Last I heard, it was still under discussion....

Day hours would definitely suit me on a more practical level, but I'm happy with what I have for now. The fact I enjoy the job is a bonus too :)
  • I work for Teletech from home and I work during the day ... 1-7pm most days, and I know that I can do overtime from 9am if I want to. So daytime hours are available.
    Hope this helps!

That's interesting. Do you work for the same client we do? Are you based in the UK too?

Sales have @home daytime hours but obviously no longer recruiting.
BB is from 4pm Mon-Fri and from 3pm Sat & Sun in the UK currently.
My guess is Sarah is either part of the soon to close sales team or works on a non UK project.
Either way there's currently no daytime recruitment happening for the UK.

    Hi Duchy,

That's just what I was thinking!

If Sarah IS part of the sales team, I hope she's managed to secure alternative employment.

I asked my TL again yesterday about day time hours for tech, but it's still under discussion!

I really wound not hold your breath of the tech day time hours this has been on the cards since i started back in 07 its nothing new and to be fair the existing or Snr long term staff would have first refusal on this as we do with things like shift changes or days off etc

its not the first time this issue has come up and i dont think it will be the last needless to say its still not happended 18 mths on :-(
  • Had the initial test today, got the first interview booked tmoz at 6PM on the phone and via DimDim. I have never really been to a interview before and won it so can someone tell me what to expect.

Im a student so I will only be availble 1-2 days a week full time and a couple of evenings maximum part time but i am excited by this. They look like a good company so fingers crossed.

    Thanks

Now I'm probs being a little daft here, but what on earth is DimDim?

Also, are you aware it is ONLY evening work which is available...and the minimum number of hours you can work per week, is 20?
